00:00Excited to see the CES 2025 convention for the last time.
00:06Do you have any good ideas?
00:09How about a space theme?
00:12Relax, you've got me here to help.
00:16Okay, thanks, baby.
00:18First up, the mood.
00:20Okay, what's next?
00:23How many guests will come to visit?
00:26Oh, right, oh.
00:28He'll want his NASA scarf, he loves that one.
00:31Where is it?
00:32All clean and ready.
00:36Thanks, Amy.
00:38Oh, it's so clean.
00:40And it smells nice, too.
00:42Ta-da!
00:43So this is Amy.
00:44She's our interactive AI assistant.
00:46She was really designed to have three main purposes.
00:49So this is her camera that's actually going to be able to do the recording.
00:52The drive pod, which is what we call it,
00:54which you can think of it like her car,
00:56has different cameras and sensors as well,
00:58which allows her to navigate the environment that she's in.
01:01Yeah, for sure.
01:04So this is what we call drive core,
01:06and pretty much you can think of it as Amy's little car
01:09that she's going to use around the house to get around.
01:11And that's where the facial recognition and voice recognition comes in.
01:14So she's able to track on and follow around.
01:18That's your name.
01:35The chat GPT-4 integration makes it really interesting.
01:39Along with the facial recognition and voice recognition,
01:42she's able to store the memory and even recall what past conversations were,
01:46what past memories were.
01:48So it's really like you're talking to another being who's a part of your family.
01:51So in our demonstration that we have over here,
01:53our demonstrator refers to Amy as another family member.
01:57The other thing is that recording feature ensures that all moments are captured.
02:02So it really takes the pressure off of you to capture those special moments
02:05because Amy's around there recording, making sure everything's all good.
02:09And she's going to be able to hold those memories,
02:11not just in your memory, but for you to actually be able to see.
02:14I think the big thing is she creates that comfortability
02:17where it's like a small little pet almost, so to speak.
02:20So people are a lot more comfortable.
02:22The expressive eyes and the interactions are going to just make it,
02:25make people feel a lot more comfortable with the robot itself and the interactions.
02:38The next few years, they're hoping at least within the two to three year mark
02:41to have her live on the market.
02:43And she's also going to come in a variety of different categories,
02:47so different colorways and also different, like she's going to have a clothing line
02:51where you can actually choose and pick.
02:53Again, with that whole customizable companion,
02:55really fit the personality of the user itself.
03:14Okay.
03:20What do you think?
03:21Yeah, I know.
03:38Wow.
03:43Wow.
04:13Wow.
