Dr. Karol Jakubowicz - Keynote speaker at "A New Notion of Media" conference, Reykjavik 28-29 May
Dr. Jakubowicz is the Chairman of the Intergovernmental Council of the Information for All Programme, UNESCO. He worked as a journalist and executive in the Polish press, radio and television for many years.
