00:00Hello! Hi! We are Elves and we've just done our 11th out of 12 dips for Christmas for

00:12Charlie's Promise and the reasons we've done it girls include friendship, helping people,

00:23support for each other, support for other people, support for all our friends, family,

00:28community, nature. Yeah and just really bringing some lovely energy together to support the

00:35Costa family and the amazing incredible journey that they've been on which is really tough

00:42and to remind ourselves that sometimes it's really tough to get up and get into the world

00:47but with your friends around you and a bit of determination and a deep breath you can

00:53do it. So amazing cold water dipping today with loads of people who've come to support

00:59us and to support Charlie's Promise and to support each other. It's been really incredible

01:05and a really beautiful thing hasn't it? It's been an amazing journey, we've just got one

01:08more to go tomorrow and then we're at the end of our journey. So it's just about really

01:12bringing that energy together and hoping that everyone around us, our whole community can

01:16just be really supportive and loving of each other because you never know what's going

01:20on for people. So yeah just bring in kind, yes always be kind and have fun.
