00:50entering Baguio City, particularly the Marcos Highway Tunnel.

01:02Because of the expected increase of visitors in Baguio City
01:05for the New Year's Eve of 2025,
01:07the local government is preparing for it.

01:15Our Emergency Operations Center is already activated.
01:19And of course, this one, our Command Center,
