We spoke to Besmir Sechou, the head chef at Zorbas Bar and Grill in Cross Gates, who is bringing years of culinary expertise and a deep-rooted passion for Greek cuisine to Leeds.

00:00My name is Besmir and I'm the head chef from the Zorbas Bar & Grill Elite.

00:07This is the Greek traditional gyros.

00:10It's pita bread, homemade tzatziki, chicken gyro, chips, onion and tomato.

00:18This is our lamb kleftiko, it's slow-cooked lamb.

00:23We cook it around six hours.

00:25We specialize in the traditional Greek dishes.

00:30Nice dining experience from Greece, we brought in the Elite.

00:34The customers enjoy the food and they advertise us to other people and family to come and try in the Zorbas.

00:45We are excited because we can make some new menus, new dishes,
