00:04economic managers earlier today to discuss and thoroughly study the 2025 national budget.
00:11The officials for the finance and budget and management were present during the meeting
00:15as well as those from the National Economic Development Authority, or NEDA, and the Department
00:19of Public Works and Highways, or DPWH.
00:22The leader of the land vowed his administration will carefully study the proposed budget to
00:27ensure the most important and the most needed programs get sufficient funding.
00:31Despite this seemingly daunting task, the chief executive assured the proposed measure
00:35will be signed before the end of the year.
00:38Presidential Communications Officer, PCO Acting Secretary Cesar Chavez says a reenacted budget
00:44was never discussed during the budget meetings.
