00:20The shear line will continue to rain in a large part of Metro Manila,

00:24Central Luzon, Calabarzon, Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, and some areas of Memorapa.

00:31Meanwhile, in Cagayan Valley and Cordillera,

00:33they will experience clouds and thunderstorms.

00:36Northeast Monsoon will bring cold and windy weather.

00:39In most parts of the country, the weather will continue to be clear,

00:43except for the chances of sudden and sudden rains caused by localized thunderstorms.
