00:17The chances of rain that we're expecting today

00:21are high here in Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas,

00:24Central Visayas, and Dinagat Islands.

00:27That's why in the mentioned areas,

00:29especially in the eastern sections of the mentioned provinces,

00:33let's be prepared to face the heavy rainfall

00:36brought by the rains of the shoreline.

00:39In Manzalan, which is also a part of Mindanao,

00:41the chances of rain are also high.

00:43What we're expecting are the easterly winds

00:45or the winds coming from the Pacific Ocean.
