How do you usually use up your Christmas leftovers, do you have any go-to recipes or creative ideas?

00:00Boxing Day is always a big buffet, cold meat, anything that's not been used on Christmas dinner goes into Boxing Day

00:07and everyone just comes round, all the family, and everyone just gouges on that.

00:11What about you?

00:12Yeah, we do bubble and squeak, so a lot of it gets put into a frying pan,

00:17but yeah, a lot of sandwiches made just from leftover meat and potatoes, but yeah, nothing really gets chucked out.

00:26Who's up for Boxing Day the next day?

00:29Either dogs or give it around to the neighbours.

00:34Feed the dog.

00:36No, feed the dog. Dogs get a Sunday's dinner and they get a Christmas dinner as well.

00:44So I'm going to my sister's, we usually make a curry the day afterwards,

00:49so last year we did a lamb curry with the leftover lamb, it was really delicious,

00:54or we make bubble and squeak, which is what we do when I'm with my dad and my step mum.
