00:00The local government of Kandlaon City is preparing for the so-called

00:04opulent exodus where all Kandlaon residents need to evacuate the entire city if

00:10Mt. Kandlaon's alert status is raised to level 5.

00:15According to Kandlaon City LGU, they must prepare transportation to evacuate nearly

00:2160,000 residents. Currently, the Office of Civil Defense Region 7 is coordinating with all relevant government agencies.

00:30And the worst-case scenario, 14 kilometer radius away from the crater,

00:36engulfed almost all of Kandlaon City.

00:39So I told the governor,

00:41the suggestion is that we prepare for that, prepare for the worst.

00:45Going outside, if you run away from, you run away outside of the circle, the center,

00:52so it will really come out,

00:55their welcoming committee is really valuable.

00:58So if there is a spillover,

01:01there is a small spillover in Gihulngan because there is a side of Kandlaon City

01:07that is already surrounded by Gihulngan.
