Rushed negotiations with Russia will lead to 'bad deal' for Ukraine, Kaja Kallas warns

00:22We need very much unity between the United States and EU and countries of Europe.

00:30This is very important. We need this unity to achieve peace.

00:35I think only together the United States and Europe can really stop Putin and save Ukraine.

00:41But trying to do too much too soon might not help Ukraine,

00:44whose invasion by Russia will soon reach its three-year anniversary.

00:48According to the EU's new foreign policy chief, Bashar al-Assad's swift downfall in Syria is important in this context.

00:55Any push for negotiations too soon will actually be a bad deal for Ukraine.
