00:04The Americans often return to the topic of concessions and too often those
00:12concessions are discussed in the context only of Ukraine, not Russia. Europe is
00:20practically not present at the table. It's a big mistake to my
00:26mind and it is we, I think we Ukrainians, we Ukrainians who are trying to bring
00:36Europe fully into the process so that Europe's interests and voice are taken
00:41into account. This is very important and Ukraine keeps returning to one simple
00:47point. Peace can only be built on clear, clear security guarantees where there is
00:53no clear security system. War always returns. Ukraine will do everything, truly
01:00everything, to make these negotiations successful. We have invested in this
01:06process and we are in constant contact with Steve Witkow, with Jared Kushner and
01:11with everyone President Trump appoints. Today we are meeting with Secretary of
01:16State Marco Rubio and Ukraine was the result of all these efforts to be to be
01:22real security and real peace. Real peace. Not what came out of Geneva in 2021. Not what the
01:34Russians hope for from this so-called spirit of encourage. And it seems Putin hopes to
01:43repeat Munich and not Munich in 2007 when they only spoke about dividing Europe but
01:53Munich in 1938 when previous Putin began dividing Europe in reality.
