00:17who, according to the DOJ, could be charged because he no longer has immunity,
00:22were assured by the DOJ that they will not only file harassment cases,
00:26but also that there is sufficient evidence from the Quad Committee and the Task Force on EJK.
00:31Under the Department of Circular 20, the National Prosecution Office will assist
00:35while the NBI, PNP, and other agencies will file the cases.
00:41If the evidence warrants, we will proceed with the filing of cases through the National Prosecution Service.
00:49But we assure everyone that we will not file any harassment case.
00:56But when the evidence warrants, we will hold people accountable.
