00:00The Justice Department has highlighted the so-called bordering on sedition

00:05by the former President Rodrigo Duterte to the Armed Forces of the Philippines

00:10against which he is a fractured governor in the Philippines.

00:13The government also denied that the military has no role in leading the government.

00:18Their duty is to protect the people.

00:20So if the former president has a problem with the current government,

00:24he should pass it on to the law and not to the military.

00:30We will investigate all the statements of the former President Duterte

00:37along with what is happening at the moment.

00:42For him to invite the military to have a part in seeking remedy

00:48is bordering on sedition.

00:51The military has no role whatsoever in civil governance

00:56except to protect the people.

00:59There is no remedy that can possibly come from the military.

01:04If there is any legal remedy, they need to exhaust.

01:09The judicial and legal processes are available.
