00:00The Central Bank of the Philippines warned the public against text hijacking,

00:05a method of smishing attacks or pecking text messages in order to get personal information of a person,

00:11such as password and credit card numbers.

00:13According to the BSP's visa, the individuals entrusted will be issued with fake text messages.

00:20They will be sent a link in order to open the financial accounts of their victims.

00:25According to the BSP, the public should report the transaction or activity of other bank accounts,

00:33e-money accounts or any e-money provider.
