00:00The typhoon Kerubin has subsided and became a low-pressure area.

00:04According to the latest forecast by Pag-asa at 2 p.m. yesterday,

00:07the LPA has reached 215 kilometers east-northeast of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur.

00:13Pag-asa continues to monitor the situation as there is still a possibility for it to develop

00:18and become a tropical depression in the next 24 hours due to the effect of the shear line.

00:23Even though it has subsided, places like Surigao del Norte and Surigao del Sur

00:27and Dinagat Islands remain alert.

00:32At the moment, the affected areas are experiencing heavy rainfall.
