00:06due to the bad weather caused by Hurricane Kirubin.

00:08The details are reported by Raymond Aplaya of Radyo Pilipinas, Tandaga.

00:15Tandaga is still experiencing heavy rains here in Surigao del Sur province

00:20due to Hurricane Kirubin.

00:22However, it is not as strong as yesterday

00:25when the whole province was under the orange rainfall.

00:28Because of this, some local government units or LGUs are enforcing

00:32the No Sailing and No Beach Activities

00:34to avoid the unexpected events caused by Hurricane Kirubin.

00:39Meanwhile, the Philippine Coast Guard or PCG Station Surigao del Sur

00:43is temporarily suspending the deployment of all sea vehicles

00:47with a weight of 50 gross tonnage below.

00:50This is also because of the expected high waves

00:53that could reach up to 3.7 meters high.

00:56The situation is getting worse while Hurricane Kirubin is still in effect.

01:01The Provincial Disaster Resettlement and Management Office or PDRRMO Surigao del Sur

01:07has been instructed to inform the local DRRMOs in case the weather worsens.
