00:12And then you fumble again with Jordan Batto on what should have easily been a touchdown.

00:17Like just the discipline or lack thereof of this team at times has hurt them.

00:22They're disciplined to do the little things right.

00:24Tackling.

00:25They're disciplined to get the play in.

00:27You hear Zach talk about the headset.

00:30It's embarrassing, Joe said.

00:32You can see it on it.

00:33It's embarrassing.

00:34It doesn't matter about the headset going in and out.

00:36Just get the play into me so we can go.

00:38I'm sure that was his mindset.

00:39Let's just go, man.

00:41I'm the one reading the play at the beginning.

00:43The way it works is Joe's given a play and then he's reading the defense and he'll change

00:47the play if he needs to.

00:49Absolutely.

00:50So just give him a play.

00:53And so yeah, I get the frustration.

00:56Understand it.

00:58My big takeaway, my main takeaway from it isn't that Zach has lost the team.

01:03It's not that Joe Burrow hates Zach or anything like that.

01:06No, it's not that.

01:07Joe Burrow is evolving.

01:09Joe Burrow knows what it takes to win.

01:12Joe knows that this team is not playing at that standard right now.

01:15And that is tearing him apart.

01:17It's making him very frustrated and it should.

01:20It should.

01:21You're frustrated as a fan.

01:22Of course you are.

01:23I'm frustrated covering this team because you think like, oh, well, if they had just

01:28beat Jacoby Brissett or they'd just done this, they'd be seven and seven right in the thick

01:31of the playoff race and right there.

01:33Instead, they're six and eight.

01:36They're still playing poorly.

01:38Even in a game when you have six turnovers and you force six turnovers, it feels blah

01:43against a bad Titans team.

01:44The Titans are bad.

01:46We saw it.

01:47They are a bad football team.

01:49And so Joe knows it.

01:51And I was like, man, this is just not up to the standard that we need to be at in the

01:55middle of December.

01:57And so no problem with him.

01:59No problem with him voicing his opinion like that on the sideline to Zach Taylor.

02:03I like it.

02:04I think the Bengals need more of it.

02:05And I think we're going to see more of that from Joe moving forward.

02:08Because he knows what it takes.

02:10And all these great quarterbacks, when you realize what it takes and you're not there,

02:17that's maddening.

02:18Because you're still putting in the same work.

02:19You're still putting in the same level of effort.

02:22You're playing at a really, really high level this season, and it's still not enough.

02:27That's frustrating.

02:28And that's why Joe Burrow, in my eyes, did what he did.

02:32And will continue to evolve into, for my money, as good as any quarterback in the league.

02:38And I know Josh Allen and Lamar Jackson are in the MVP debate and a lot of people crowning

02:43Josh.

02:44But I think Joe is playing at an elite level.

02:46We've seen that.

02:48And we'll continue to see that, I think, over these next three weeks.
