00:00Here was another one in Denver in that AFC playoff picture.

00:07The Broncos' biggest test, perhaps, to holding on to that final wild card spot entering Sunday

00:14was the team they were squaring off against at home in Indianapolis.

00:18In early on, it was not looking great for Denver.

01:17That also featured a pick six, if you will, really what was called a fumble return touchdown

01:23for Nick Benito as A.D. Mitchell, the rookie wideout, tried to throw a pass back to Anthony

01:28Richardson that was taken the other way to the house by Denver's defense, a defense,

01:33excuse me.

01:34A fumbled chance is what we call that game for Indianapolis, literally and figuratively.

01:39Absolutely.

01:41And now you look at the Denver Broncos at nine and five, they would have lost that game.

01:44Boy, they would have been reeling in, let a lot of people in the door to try to come

01:47hunt them down for that playoff race.

01:49Same thing for the Indianapolis Colts, six and eight now, probably not going to get you

01:52in.

01:53And also you're right, this game was 13-7 with that quote unquote touchdown run, which

01:57would have put you up two touchdowns, which really would have put the onus on Bo Nix who

02:01was struggling in that game already with interceptions, but a clean fourth quarter where they had

02:05won that quarter 21 to nothing.

02:07And also Anthony Richardson, what a specimen here, because I had a parlay, Ben, just I

02:12needed one rushing touchdown for the Colts.

02:14He gets it right away on what he does well.

02:16Read option in the back.

02:17Good.

02:18Once he gets going, nobody's tackling the kid, but from a quarterback position, he just doesn't

02:21play very well.

02:23You see the spotlight plays the shining star that he can be.

02:27And then you realize ago, 17 of 38, two interceptions, no touchdowns, 4.5 yards per passing attempt

02:33and a passer rating of 36.

02:36You need consistency from the pocket if you want to win.

02:39And Ben, it's, he's still young in his career, but I don't know if you're going to get that.

02:42It's like when we watch Will Levis, it's like something just doesn't connect on the football

02:46field with Will Levis.

02:47And it's not necessarily the same thing with Richardson.

02:49He just can't complete the simple passes.

02:52You need to complete to be an effective starting quarterback.
