00:00One of the biggest games of the day was actually a one o'clock start here. That was between the
00:03Indianapolis Colts and the Kansas City Chiefs. This line closed yesterday as a favor for the
00:08Kansas City Chiefs at minus four and a half, despite having close to six out of every 10
00:12tickets coming in on the Indianapolis Colts. And it looked like, Joe, midway through that game,
00:17this was a Colts victory and everything was slipping away for the Kansas City Chiefs.
00:21But Patrick Mahomes and the offense made the plays that they needed to. By the way, Mahomes
00:25threw 46 times yesterday for 352 yards and the running game, 41 carries for 148 yards
00:32and a touchdown showed the medal yesterday of a champion able to pick up that victory in
00:37overtime yesterday. Yeah, I mean, that was all Indianapolis there. I mean, Kansas City was
00:45down 20 to nine in the fourth quarter here, but the Colts learned, you know, a valuable
00:50lesson, a lesson that many other teams over the years, Donnie, have figured out is that
00:55if you have a chance to put away the Kansas City Chiefs and Mahomes and Andy Reid, you better do
01:01it because the longer you let them hang around, that's exactly what they're going to do. And
01:06that's exactly what they did in that game there is they did just enough and give credit to the
01:13Chiefs defense for limiting the damage beyond that. But, you know, they learned a big lesson
01:19there to Colts. You got to finish the Chiefs when you have the chance. And they didn't do that.
01:23They paid the price.
