00:00More than 80 percent of residents in the 6-kilometer danger zone of Vulcan Canlaon were evacuated according to the Office of Civil Defense.

00:17Almost 81 percent of residents in the 6-kilometer danger zone of Vulcan Canlaon in Negros were evacuated.

00:25In an interview with Ms. Cristina Mayor of the Office of Civil Defense Western Visayas,

00:30she said that Negros Occidental already reached the 100 percent evacuation rate

00:36while 61.92 percent of the target population in Negros Oriental were evacuated after the forced evacuation was carried out.

00:45In the NDRRMC Situation Update No. 10,

00:493,984 families are staying in evacuation centers,

00:54while 639 families are outside evacuation centers or temporarily staying with their loved ones.

01:04The OCD's target is the 100 percent evacuation rate this Monday, December 16.

01:10The OCD urged residents in PDZs to follow evacuation protocols

01:17to avoid the risk of a possible eruption of Vulcan Canlaon.

01:22Meanwhile, Talisay, Pilay, and Cadiz in Negros Occidental united

01:28to provide assistance and support to affected communities in the province.

01:34Cadiz City immediately supplied water to meet the needs of the residents.

01:41Talisay and Pilay helped to clean the streets in Barangay Mailom, Bagot City,

01:49which was affected by a thick fog from the volcano.

01:52According to the OCD, the cities on the other side of the affected areas were evacuated.

01:57The unity and coordination is crucial to reduce the effects of the crisis.
