00:00The Asian Development Bank, or ADB, approved a $30 million loan to support 35 climate-resilient

00:06public-private partnership, or PPP, projects in the Philippines from the year 2025 to 2029.

00:13The funds will enhance project preparation, infrastructure development, and government

00:18capacity, focusing on railways, roads, and community facilities while ensuring fiscal

00:24sustainability and environmental alignment. A comprehensive capacity-building program

00:30for implementing agencies and LGUs will also be established to strengthen PPP management.
