00:16This is because of the Philippine's next success when it comes to the case of former congressman Arnulfo Tevez Jr. in Timor-Leste
00:23and the return of Mary Jane Veloso, the convicted OFW in Indonesia.
00:30In the case of Tevez, the Department of Justice confirmed that on the second occasion,
00:35the Philippines asked for him to be extradited from Timor-Leste.
00:41And we welcome the decision of the Timor-Leste court who again decided in our favor
00:47and granted the extradition of former congressman Arnie Tevez.
00:52The decision was not unexpected.
00:55According to the DOJ, they will know if there is an appeal from Tevez's camp.
01:00But it is expected that Tevez will return here to face attempted murder,
01:06frustrated murder, and murder against him
01:10because of the recent passing of former Governor Ruel Digamo.

01:28Meanwhile, Mary Jane may return to the Philippines faster than Tevez.

01:38before Christmas, Veloso will return to the country.
01:42According to the DOJ, this is because the Philippines and Indonesia signed an agreement
01:47for the immediate return of Veloso.
01:50According to the DOJ, if Indonesia agrees to give executive clemency to Veloso,
01:56it is a big thing for the Philippines.
01:58But it still depends on President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.
