01:29The base is coconut macaroon,
01:32which is also one of the Filipino desserts.

01:38She sells this cheesecake from Php 700 to Php 1,800,
01:44depending on the size.

02:05The first thing we're going to do is the base of the cheesecake.
02:09Just mix the butter, eggs,
02:12and condensed milk.
02:15Next, the all-purpose flour,
02:17baking powder,
02:18vanilla,
02:19and saffron.
02:21We're going to bake the coconut macaroon for 30-40 minutes
02:25or until the top is firm.
02:29The next thing we're going to do is the cheesecake.
02:33First, we're going to add the cream cheese.
