00:00The Department of Justice and Indonesia has agreed to send back to the country a death row survivor named Mary Jane Veloso.

00:08The agreement was signed by the Indonesian Senior Minister for Law and Human Rights Affairs, Yusriel Iza Mahendra,

00:17and Justice Undersecretary Raul Vazquez in Jakarta.

00:20Yusriel believes that it is possible for Veloso to return to the Philippines on December 20 or before Christmas.

00:27Last month, Indonesia agreed to send Veloso back to the country to finish his sentence.

00:35In 2010, Veloso was sentenced to 2.6 kilos of heroin when he arrived in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
