00:03Operation Edsa-Santolan Busway was launched this morning.

00:07Ambulance and police with expired license

00:20The witnesses of the crash of Operation Edsa-Santolan Busway

00:27were the ambulance, emergency response vehicle,

00:32MPRNO, and police with expired license.

00:41The Special Action and Intelligence Committee for Transportation

00:46was launched this morning at Edsa-Santolan Busway.

00:50They saw an ambulance that was unable to show its trip ticket,

00:55the emergency response vehicle of Bagao, Cagayan, MDRRMO,

01:00a driverless patient,

01:02a few motorcycles were also sampled,

01:04including a police with expired license.

01:08He was fined P3,000 and P5,000 for the trip to the busway.

01:14A bus that was supposed to go to Educational Tours in Taguig was also seen.

01:18As of now, there are 13 vehicles that were seen and fined.

01:23Ambulances, firetrucks, and PNP vehicles with expired license

01:28were allowed to pass through Edsa Busway.

01:31The President's vehicle, the Second President of the country,

01:34Senate President, Speaker of the House of Representatives,

01:38and Chief Justice of the Supreme Court were also allowed to pass through.

01:40Meanwhile, 57.3 million passengers were served by the Edsa Busway Program

01:47from January 1 to November 30, 2024.

01:52There are 317 buses that travel daily to meet the high demand of transportation,

01:58especially this holiday season.

02:00The operation of the busway is from Monumento, Caloocan to PITX, Paranaque,

02:06where the trip takes 45 minutes to an hour.

02:10Audrey, in the case of a traffic jam,

02:13the traffic is fast here in the northbound of Edsa Busway,

02:20but in the southbound, there is already a slowdown in the traffic.
