00:00The Department of Agriculture, or DA, is launching the Kadiwa ng Pangulos Rise for All program

00:06in NCR Public Markets to offer affordable rise at 40 pesos per kilo.

00:11The rise available from Tuesday to Saturdays was initially 45 pesos per kilo but will drop

00:18to 40 pesos starting Thursday. Kadiwa kiosk will be set up in key markets like Kamuning, Malabon,

00:26and Pasay. Agriculture Secretary Francisco Chu Lorel Jr. aims to challenge high rise prices

00:33and expand the program nationwide with 5 billion pesos in funding approved by President Marcos Jr.
