00:22And I don't think they're going out there saying, we have to find another starter.

00:27From what I've gathered over the past 24 hours, that's not what they're doing.

00:31They're not aggressively pursuing more starters with a laser focus on that aspect of the team.

00:39I do think they're looking to improve in any fashion.

00:42So that's just, I mean, that's just what it is right now.

00:47Anything where they see improvement, a possibility for improvement, they'll be aggressive there.

00:55I was texting with some people and I said, it doesn't sound like there's urgency.
