00:00The Christmas Village in Mandaue City, Cebu has been formally opened to the public.

00:05While almost 300 handcrafted toys made by Persons Deprived of Liberty were displayed in a hotel in Cebu City.

00:19This is the Christmas tree lighting ceremony in Mandaue City.

00:29It is also the formal opening of the Christmas Village in Heritage Plaza.

00:35The sky was also lit up because of the magnificent fireworks display.

00:42The tower clock, next to the Mandaue City Hall, also shone.

00:47The Christmas Village is also decorated with beautiful lights.

01:17Meanwhile, in Cebu City, 300 handcrafted toys made by Persons Deprived of Liberty were displayed in a hotel.

01:26According to the owner of the hotel, they have been with PDL for years in the Christmas celebration.

01:32First of all, we want to help them, raise funds for their livelihood also.

01:38We purposely put them into our concept, the lives of the PDL, to be included in celebrating Christmas with them.
