The Chinese Coast Guard or CCG's ships have repeatedly made dangerous maneuvers

while the Philippine Coast Guard was heading to the Ruzul Reef

to rescue fishermen who were being harassed by the People's Liberation Army of China.

When the PCG arrived at the Ruzul Reef,

there were not immediately 18 boats of Filipino fishermen

because the CCG was on guard.

According to the PCG, there was also an incident

where two boats sank due to bad weather,
