00:00It's already the last week of November, but not everything is over yet so that you can earn money,
00:09so let's move on because it's Christmas and there's still a lot of business to do.
00:14To those who are about to start Christmas shopping,
00:18look for a gift for others or for yourself.
00:21No judgment, my dears.
00:24With so many events happening in 2024,
00:27we deserve to buy gifts for ourselves, right?
00:32But remember, spend wisely.
00:37At Noelle Bazaar, you can shop and help others.
00:40Because how much of your income will go to those in need?
00:46Through the years, from 1 to 2, 3 to 4,
00:50Noelle Bazaar has been supporting foundations.
00:54Not only that, you can buy pre-loved items of your favorite stars
00:59and they will see them personally.
01:01Win-win shopping experience, so let's go!
01:10This November, Noelle Bazaar officially opened in Paranaque City,
01:13the longest and largest bazaar in Metro Manila.
01:17Noelle Bazaar 2024 is officially open!
01:23Entrance fee is P150.
01:26But there are days that are free, my dears.
01:29Our goal is for Noelle Bazaar to be a bonding activity of Filipino families.
01:35The GMA Network and Sparkle Artists Center
01:39provide artists to perform during the variety shows.
01:45For the gents who are collecting cute and trendy jewelries,
01:49to the aunts and uncles who are looking for essential oils,
01:52scented candles, or vintage items,
01:55check out what you can find here.
01:57There are also artists, art enthusiasts, and those who want to go on a food trip.
02:01There are also local products from all over the Philippines.
02:04In this bazaar, everyone is welcome.
02:08All the merchants we choose are different.
02:10We look for unique, creative, and affordable product lines from these merchants.
02:16New businesses also have a chance to market their products
02:21in different venues of Noelle.
02:24But the highlight of the bazaar is the pre-loved items of Kapuso stars.
02:2911 years ago, when Tita Mel, Tianko, and the GMA Kapuso Foundation,
02:34we were brainstorming on how we could generate support from other clients.
02:40Tita Mel said, why don't we come up with a celebrity ukay-ukay?
02:45Because, you know, there are a lot of costumes,
02:48or clothes that Kapuso stars don't use anymore.
02:53That's when the GMA Kapuso Foundation Celebrity Ukay-Ukay and Auction was born.
02:59We really thank the Kapuso celebrities,
03:02and of course, the members of the GMA News Broadcasting Team,
03:07including Ms. Susan.
03:09She donates every year.
03:12100% of the proceeds from the Celebrity Ukay and Auction
03:16goes to GMA Kapuso Foundation.
03:19This bazaar started in 2000.
03:22We were tapped to generate a fundraising event for a small foundation
03:27called Bantaying ng Mga Bayani Foundation.
03:29Since we are partnered with GMA Network,
03:31it's just right that we also benefit the GMA Kapuso Foundation.
03:36At that time, my brother just passed away.
03:38We did not have any name in mind but Noel,
03:41because that's his name, which means Christmas.
03:44That motivated me and my team,
03:46because of the legacy of my brother, to be a man of others.
03:52Because they are already 24 years old,
03:54they also need to keep up with the changing times.
03:57It's also important that we have something new to offer to the shoppers.
04:02That's why we also encourage our merchants to come up with something new every year
04:08and innovate constantly.
04:12Because there are people helping the foundation,
04:14it's important for the bazaar to make a profit from this event.
04:17We generate revenue through participation fees of merchants,
04:23sponsorships, entrance tickets,
04:26and additional marketing mileages and consumables.
04:31At the moment, Noel Bazaar is at the World Trade Center until December 1.
04:35And on December 12 to 15, their next venue will be in Alabang.
04:39Some of the profit of the bazaar,
04:41they also need to use to continue organizing events.
04:47We have to work within our budget,
04:49especially in the events industry because there are a lot of risks and unforeseen instances.
04:54So you should know how to manage costs to reduce your operational expenses.
05:00CAPEX or Capital Expenditures are expenses that can be used for a long-term business.
05:06For example, if you are a businessman who wants to improve the promotional materials online,
05:12buying a camera or cell phone with a good camera can be classified as CAPEX
05:18if you intend to use it for a long time.
05:21In short, these are the investments in the business.
05:24Merchants or shoppers also need to pay a fee.
05:29We've been joining Noel Bazaar for 3 years now.
05:32The big opportunities that they are giving to our small business owners,
05:36our followers have increased because of Noel Bazaar.
05:40Every year, there are newbies who join the bazaar.
05:45Actually, since before, I have been visiting Noel Bazaar.
05:49And I sometimes dream of being one of the merchants someday.
05:54And it's happening now.
05:55I'm glad that I had the opportunity to have my exhibit
05:59and to showcase my one-of-a-kind and unique and rare sculptured painting which is a cement.
06:05Noel Bazaar is a big thing for us because of this opportunity
06:11for those who are starting and looking for showcasing our works.
06:18Before being the longest and largest bazaar in Metro Manila,
06:21Noel Bazaar needed to be hands-on and committed to the cause.
06:26Know your passion.
06:28And everything follows suit.
06:31Really.
06:32But of course, you need to work hard.
06:35There's nothing easy that you can get overnight.
06:38As we always believe, especially us, the Filipinos,
06:42what's done is done.
06:44But always, always, God does the rest for us.
06:48At this bazaar, you can really enjoy Christmas shopping.
06:51You can also share blessings this Christmas.
