00:12a sector that has developed since the 2000s and that is starting to close in 2024,
00:20with a turnover of about 40 billion euros, a big growth compared to previous years.
00:26Of course, not only companies and real estate agents are part of the reality of services,
00:32but also those who deal with assets, properties, engineering, projects and so on.
00:38It is a sector that has seen this growth because in our country,
00:43as in other realities at the European and international level,
00:47we are increasingly concerned with the management of real estate.
00:50The management of real estate, the quality of real estate,
00:54the way in which we put them on the market, sell them, lock them,
00:58becomes a fundamental element in the construction of wealth.
01:02This in a market that, in the end, is also defending itself this year.
01:06We are closing 2024 with about 720,000 purchases,
01:12as far as housing is concerned, with a slight increase compared to last year,
01:17but with numbers that are much higher than the average of the last 15 years.
01:22So, a market that, undoubtedly, compared to the results of 2022, is backward,
01:27but that continues to go quite well.
01:30Other sectors are struggling a little more, offices, commerce,
01:34a little less logistics, a little less the hotel market,
01:38because the economy is not in an extremely fluid moment,
01:43but let's say that the overall things and the turnover, therefore, of the closing of the year,
01:48is still higher than 2023.
01:51For the near future, we will have to work on what today
01:56are the biggest needs that exist in our country,
01:59among all the house.

02:03the emergency that we have from the point of view of housing,
02:06in particular the big cities,
02:08and those in which the pressure of the demand is stronger,
02:12where prices have grown quite consistently,
02:16compared to how much wages have grown in Italy.
02:19So, it is not an exaggerated market growth,
02:23if we consider the evolution that is taking place,
02:27but it is a question that does not go hand in hand with the possibilities of our population.
02:32We need a new product, we need a qualified producer,
02:36and we need, of course, a product for families,
02:40that all the services that exist in the big cities make work.
