01:41According to the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology,

01:43they immediately transferred hundreds of PDLs to other parts of the city jail.

01:48The Manila City Jail was not affected by the fire, according to the Bureau of Fire Protection.

01:51But they also put it inside to pump water.

01:55Based on information from the BFP,

01:57the light materials in the houses were badly damaged,

02:00so the fire spread quickly and the fire was immediately raised to the fifth alarm.
