00:21but the storm is still coming.
00:24In some parts of our country.
00:26This afternoon, the typhoon Leon landed in southeastern Taiwan.
00:30The last typhoon Leon landed
00:32was 320 kilometers north-northwest of Itbayak, Batanes.
00:37This is because of the strong winds

00:41and winds of 255 kilometers per hour.
00:46This is a north-west wind
00:48with a speed of 25 kilometers per hour.
00:51After the typhoon Leon landed in Batanes,
00:55the wind signal in some places was already low.
00:58From signal number 5 last night,
01:00signal number 2 is now here in the northern portion of Batanes,
01:04particularly in Itbayak,
01:05while signal number 1 is in the remaining part of Batanes.
01:09It is also the same in Babuyan Island,
01:11in the northern portion of mainland Cagayan,
01:13and in the northern portion of Ilocos Norte.
01:15The strong winds are still expected in the mentioned areas
01:19because it is still here in the typhoon Leon.

01:45The effect of the typhoon and the trough or extension
01:49of the typhoon,
01:51will still reach some parts of our country.
01:55Based on the data of Metro Weather,
01:57the chance of rain is still high
01:59in a large part of the northern and central Luzon,
02:02as well as here in Calabarzon,
02:03Mimaropa, and some parts of Bicol Region.
02:06There are still strong rains,
02:08this is the color orange,
02:09and it means heavy rains.
02:11It is expected here in the Ilocos Region,
02:13down here in the part of Mindoro and Palawan.

02:39especially before noon,
02:41and it is possible that it will continue until afternoon
02:43or even until night.
02:45For those who will travel by sea,
02:48it will still be risky and dangerous
02:50for small sea vehicles to sail here in the northern

03:19But when November 2 arrives,
03:21just like November 3,
03:22it is expected that the weather will gradually improve
03:26in almost the entire country,
03:28aside from the localized thunderstorms
03:30that we often experience in the afternoon or at night.
