00:00Hello again, I'm Gretel Colleen and welcome to Big Brother where tonight we will not only be
00:23visited by the magnificent Marty and the beautifully buffed Blair, but we will also watch two shell
00:29shocked housemates begin their golden journey along the cracked bitumen and sometimes waterlogged
00:34path that leads to Big Brotherland. Yes, two housemates are going inside tonight. Will they
00:41join the lonely guy in the roundhouse or the five bouncing beams in the squarehouse? Let's see
00:47which one currently looks like it would be the most fun to join.
00:50Ben's fast asleep in the roundhouse. Belinda's worried about her ability to sleep.
01:01Hey guys, does anyone snore? I got told I snore. I got told I snore but I don't remember.
01:08Richard, neither do I. Richard said make sure you worry about your snoring and I said, oh
01:12okay. I talk in my sleep. Dio, don't worry, I'll say it's okay. Hey, do you kids snore?
01:19Yeah, I do. I'll just pet you on your back. I don't snore, only when I got a cold. Yeah,
01:24I got told if I drink too much or if I'm really, really tired I snore. I only snore when I'm
01:29really, really comfortable. So we've got a snoring room. Which day is which?
01:34I don't know about you guys but I'm ready for bed. You guys ready? Hey, cheers.
01:42How is it that we're like living with con la frutera?
01:49Couple of days, mate. Guys, this is like camp. It is a camping time. It is, especially with
02:00a hat. It's camping. Yeah. Cool. Alrighty. Is that a well-patted bra? No, it's not patterned.
02:06It's just like a shape. Can you put it on? Can you take off your underwear without taking
02:10off your pants? Can you put it on for me? Yes. I wouldn't do that to my underwear.
02:14Can you put it on? What? I want to see if I fit and see what size I am.
02:17Put it on. I can. I've never put it on. I've taken many off.
02:23It's just like... Oh, baby, stop. It's a tit sling.
02:25A tit sling. A shirt is crazy. No one watches? No. No.
02:30I'm actually this size. Not bad. Hey, come here, come here, come here.
02:34Put a shirt on now. That's a good idea. I don't got shirts.
02:38Ah, that's right. Let's try this. I'll do a striptease for you ladies.
02:42Do you want one? Okay, yes, please. Who wants a striptease?
02:45Yeah, me, Pete Lane. Which is the skirt? This is the skirt?
02:48Yeah, that one. That one. Everyone's like laughing and falling over.
02:52Oh, thank God. They're videotaping it because I don't have one.
02:54You got some shoes? Can you put some makeup on him?
02:58Can you put some makeup on him? Oh, this is so cool. Oh, yes.
03:02I did this in American. I've dressed up this girl so many times.
03:05Yeah. No. It's all fun. No. Oh, yeah.
03:07You've done this before, haven't you?
03:09This is a profession. This profession is.
03:11That's what it is.
03:13But most of the girls are dressed up in, like, really tight stuff,
03:15and they go, this is quality.
03:17I'm like, me and you, we'd be swapping clothes.
03:23Yeah, everything I own is lycra because I go up and down
03:25four dress sizes every year.
03:27So you can't do it tonight because I'll be growing a moustache,
03:29and it's not good.
03:30No, you're not. It's not bad.
03:31It's not cool, man.
03:32The show commenced in three to five seconds.
03:35Excellent.
03:36Oh, my God.
03:37Music, my show.
03:38My bro.
03:39Dun, dun, dun, dun.
03:41Ba-bam, ba-bam.
03:42What?
03:43Oh, ****.
03:44Ba-bam, ba-bam.
03:46Not like this.
03:47Here's your money.
03:49Here's your money.
03:50Here's your money.
03:51Here, baby, baby.
03:53You know I'm not my feet now, baby.
03:57Oh, yeah.
03:58Oh, yeah.
03:59After Carlo's performance, it's finally bedtime.
04:03Day one in the house is over.
04:06Can we just have a moment to appreciate how lucky we are
04:09out of all the 27,000 people?
04:11Yeah, yeah.
04:12I'm a star, okay?
04:14No, we're not a star.
04:16We're just normal people.
04:17And you'll be a star.
04:18That's so true.
04:19And we were picked because we're...
04:21Compatible with each other.
04:23Yeah.
04:24Because you're you.
04:25Yeah.
04:26Yeah.
04:29So, that is how the action in the house ended last night.
04:32Why do male footballers love putting on ladies' underwear
04:35and pretending to be women?
04:36If you really want to feel like a woman, go and clean a toilet,
04:38cook dinner and ask someone if your bum looks big.
04:41Joining me now is a man loved by both men and women.
04:44A true neighbour's heartthrob.
04:46Would you welcome Blair?
04:48And, of course, the man who not only stole Jessie's heart.
04:51Look, I'm calling her Jessie.
04:52That's what you call her.
04:53But the rest of the nation as well.
04:55This is the inimitable Marty.
04:57Hello.
04:58Hello.
04:59I feel like there should be applause.
05:00But, of course, no one's going to clap.
05:01This is us.
05:02There you go.
05:04It's good to be here.
05:05Now, obviously, you both watched everybody going to the house last night.
05:06Yeah, I had a good watch.
05:07It was very exciting.
05:08Now, Blair, what did you think of the people, of the cast, let's think, of the housemates?
05:11Of the housemates.
05:12Of the cast.
05:13It was a good mix.
05:14I found them a lot more real and nervous and a bit more cautious of what they're about
05:19to go into, which is quite refreshing compared to this guy, really.
05:22Well, there's a bit of rivalry between the two big brothers, isn't there?
05:26Not at all.
05:27We both know how it feels to come second.
05:29I mean, that's something to share.
05:30Well, you were often compared.
05:31If nothing else.
05:32Are there types of people that go into the house?
05:34Could either of you see yourselves going into the house this time?
05:37I could.
05:38I'd love to go in there.
05:39That's not what I meant.
05:40Oh.
05:41Oh, you mean as another cast mate, so to speak.
05:43Yeah.
05:44Oh.
05:45You can compare everyone to each personality.
05:47I think I'm like Saxon, yes.
05:49You're like Saxon, and are you like Belinda?
05:52No, not much.
05:53No, I am.
05:54Who are you like?
05:55I haven't got the dress sense.
05:56I'm nothing like Carlo.
05:57He want to be.
05:58He wants to be.
05:59If you boys were in the house, who'd be driving you mad so far?
06:03Oh.
06:04You can say it.
06:05You're outside the house.
06:06It's too hard.
06:07It's only been like a day and a half.
06:08Can I give you the question?
06:09If you guys were in the house.
06:10I think people are trying to be dominating and out there, so it's good.
06:14I mean, you've just got to find your own place in the house and try to fit in.
06:17So what are these first 24 hours like?
06:19Are they a nightmare?
06:20Is everyone trying?
06:21No, they're awesome.
06:22It's incredible.
06:23It's just adrenaline and exciting, and it's a whole new experience.
06:26So I know what they're going into.
06:27I'd love to be back in there myself.
06:29Would you?
06:30It excites me.
06:31It's good fun.
06:32Look at you.
06:33You're trying to get a gig in the house.
06:34We're not giving it to you.
06:35What about the house itself?
06:36Just quickly, the design and the layout.
06:37Sensational.
06:38The two houses have got the chance to have a look, and it's going to be something special
06:41for sure.
06:42He wants to go in the square room because he's a bit of a square.
06:44See?
06:45That's a good joke, Marty.
06:46That's excellent.
06:47All right.
06:48Now, what I want to do, just so that we can cut away from you two, is have a look at how
06:52the housemates responded to Big Brother's announcement of who was going in and who was
06:56to drive on.
07:01Hello.
07:04This is Big Brother.
07:07Tomorrow, get back in the car.
07:10Benjamin, you may enter the house.
07:15What is that about?
07:17Hey.
07:18Here comes the next car.
07:21Regina, get back in the car.
07:23Saxon, you get back in the car too.
07:27How are you?
07:30Belinda, please go onto the stage.
07:33Daniel, get back in the car.
07:36Get back in the car.
07:37Joanne, get back in the car.
07:41Claire, go up on the stage.
07:45Vincent, get back in the car.
07:49Liam, get back in the car.
07:52What?
07:53No.
07:54Now, my
07:58Pamela, go up on the car.
08:00We do.
08:01What?
08:02No, my husband...
08:03You did, what?
08:04Because we don't like the astreation of local musicians.
08:05Is it just not as a man named guy?
08:06We sell his Dylan's hä Fourth and the Dunphy的人 as well, too
08:07as a programmer.
08:08This is True health audience.
08:09Just being honest in school.
08:10And what I want about last day?
08:11Father.
08:12Yes.
08:13This isups阿 Jacob.
08:14So, we say poker plays out, and it's been sad.
08:16All right.
08:24Deeply emotional time.
08:26You look like you're about to cry, Marty.
08:27Did you relate to it?
08:28Yeah, I thought it was cruel, yeah.
08:30Cruel?
08:30I thought they were hyped to go in the house.
08:32I've probably been thinking about that for the last, oh, I don't know, 72 hours, yeah, a week.
08:36Well, how long ago would they possibly have found out they were going in?
08:38I think you find out about six days to a week, don't you?
08:40Yeah, about that, yeah.
08:42All right.
08:42And then you run around and try and get the most impressive clothes you can.
08:45And then you're locked up.
08:46Well, you did.
08:47I bought a new shirt, yeah, yeah.
08:48I got a new pair of undies.
08:49I didn't get worn out.
08:50And then you get locked down, which, well, locked up, but we call it locked down.
08:54Yeah.
08:54And what's that like?
08:55You take one friend, don't you?
08:57Yeah, I took my brother in with me and we thought we'd go up for the coast for one last weekend of debaucherous activity
09:03and got in the hotel room and they locked the door and said, enjoy.
09:06And we didn't know what was going on.
09:07It's one of the only good things in the last case, yeah.
09:10And who did you take?
09:11I took a mate from home, yeah.
09:12He's on the neighbouring farm, yeah, Chris.
09:15So they loved it, you know.
09:16It was good fun, although we did get sick of each other after a few days.
09:20So you had pretty well nothing other than your mate, Chris.
09:22Yeah.
09:23Nothing other to think about rather than, oh, my goodness, what's it going to be like?
09:26And completely psyching yourself after going in the house.
09:28And they're looking after you as well.
09:29And the whole time you're asking them, so what's going on?
09:32And they're, I don't know, I just got told to look after you.
09:35It was the first of experience of what it was going to be like because you were, you know, taken here, taken there.
09:39You can't look at this.
09:40You can't look at that.
09:41So then what happens when you're so completely psyched?
09:44Finally, you're out of lockdown, locked up.
09:46You're in the car, you're driving towards and somebody says, no, you're not going in.
09:50Well, it was funny.
09:51I mean, the housemates sort of thought, yes, we're on stage, we're going to be in, you know.
09:54They thought they were better than everyone else, I think, because they were selected to go in, but they don't even know that.
09:58The whole shock of the situation as well, you expect it to run very fluently and then all of a sudden you get told to go home.
10:03It's, yeah, it's going to throw your brain into a bit of disarrange.
10:06For us, we were thrown in with all the housemates and so it was just a mad time because everyone was in there together.
10:11It was like meeting people.
10:12So that's what I was afraid of, like meeting everybody and getting along with everyone.
10:14Yeah, obviously, you're a very quiet person.
10:16Yeah, you must have hated it.
10:17That's right.
10:18So that one, to be prepared for your socialising and to confront that fear, you're then completely prepared and then someone says, well, actually, no, you're a reject for the moment.
10:28Let's have a look at the people's reactions when they were told they weren't going in.
10:37I don't know what's going on.
10:38I don't know what's happened tonight, really.
10:40Oh, well, I don't really know what happened.
10:42I guess I'm not in the house.
10:43I thought I was going to last a bit longer than that.
10:46You've got to be kidding me.
10:47I'm not.
10:49Oh, really?
10:50That's okay.
10:51So that's it.
10:52Ten seconds of fame.
10:53It's all good.
10:54What can I say?
10:55Okay, so that's it.
10:59Just, it's over.
11:01I'm sorry.
11:02I'm just really out of it at the moment.
11:04I can't.
11:08Come on.
11:09Seriously?
11:10It's not one of those little tricks as well.
11:13I'm pretty sweet.
11:15Not too bad.
11:15I've been involved and it's been fun anyway.
11:18I'm sorry.
11:21I'm just a bit upset.
11:22That's okay.
11:22You're serious, aren't you?
11:25I would have liked to have gone in after all that preparation.
11:29But I was quite positive often until this point.
11:33Oh, well.
11:37Oh, what can you do?
11:39We'll see what happens.
11:41Look, I'm not a sore loser.
11:44So close, but, you know, not there.
11:46I'll be.
11:47Big brother's decision is final.
11:49All right.
11:50Cheers.
11:52Isn't that heart-wrenching?
11:59Now, the most insightful, compassionate and wise woman in the universe is joining us,
12:03the big brother, resident psychologist, Carmel Hill.
12:06Let's give her a clap.
12:07Oh, yes.
12:08Now, Carmel, some people went into the house and some people have not gone into the house.
12:13Did you choose the ones who haven't gone into the house tonight because you thought they could deal with it a bit better?
12:18We've done extensive psychological tests on all of the candidates, all of the shortlisted people, which is quite a lot.
12:27And we found out that all of them that have got strong ability to cope with whatever we throw at them.
12:35So I think the people in the house are equally strong.
12:39And there's a reasoning behind why we chose them in the house.
12:42But we're confident that the people who were rejected last night were briefed and debriefed properly.
12:49What happens when you're that psyched, as we were discussing before, and you don't get into the house and you know some people have?
12:54Does that make you feel like a loser from the very beginning?
12:59I spoke to most people afterwards to, I guess, talk with them about how difficult it was.
13:05And most people were hard at themselves.
13:07They really were disappointed that somehow they let their friends and families down.
13:11So they did feel like they'd failed.
13:13Yes.
13:15I know.
13:16They didn't.
13:16That's a huge failure.
13:18Well, it's not a huge failure.
13:20I think being part of Big Brother in the shortlist, it could have been anyone at the end of the day who actually makes it into the house.
13:26All of them are special.
13:27It's kind of psyching yourself up for such a big event that's about to happen.
13:30And obviously, you can't escape what's been happening over the last couple of years.
13:33And to think, right, I'm about to go into this great environment and have it just stripped away from you in such an instant, I wouldn't have handled it very well at all.
13:42But I think it makes them feel good as well because now they know how much of an achievement it is actually to get in it.
13:47Like to feel and have missed out.
13:49Yeah.
13:49I mean, we didn't get that feeling.
13:50We've gone that far and not get in.
13:53So these guys have felt that.
13:54But now they're going to go and go, yes, we're in here.
13:56So they should have fun.
13:57Well, I wonder, do they feel like double winners, as the ever-optimistic Marty is suggesting?
14:02Or should they go into the house, like the two housemates who are going in tonight?
14:06Will they already feel like they're the B team?
14:08No.
14:10I think that how Marty describes it is the way I talk with them.
14:16It was amazing to be picked and it shows that we were right, that they were able to cope with rejection.
14:22So we've picked them because they are able to easily relate to people.
14:27So the two people in tonight, they won't have any problems at all.
14:29Well, if you think about it, two people going in tonight, that's one day less after spending the house.
14:34That's exactly what I said.
14:35You should be in there.
14:36They're already winners.
14:38Okay.
14:39Coming up next, a human bombshell.
14:41You boys might want to listen to this, so be quiet.
14:43A human bombshell is entering the roundhouse.
14:46What does that mean?
14:47This is where the lonely guy lives.
14:49He only has one friend at the moment.
14:51And just take a look at what he's done to it.
15:23Welcome back.
15:27And as you can see, Benjamin is making the most of this time alone reading a book.
15:32Richard Branson.
15:33Is that the autobiography that he's reading?
15:34Losing my virginity.
15:36What a great ad that is.
15:39Last week.
15:39I took that book in myself, actually.
15:41Did you?
15:41How sad, though, to be lying there in confined spaces reading of other people's freedom.
15:45It is now time for the girl who seems to have everything to enter the life of the man who currently has nothing but that book.
15:53How will he cope?
15:55Let's ask our panel of experts.
15:57Now, you're actually the only expert here, Carmen.
15:59So how will he be coping, having been locked up for 24 hours by himself?
16:05I actually think he's coping very well.
16:07We do know that he can cope with stress, but Ben is actually a very likeable rogue.
16:13He actually is manic, so he's finding it really hard to do nothing in the house.
16:18But he's very competitive, and he really likes to pride himself in believing that he can anticipate and read the play.
16:27Do you boys think that you would be sort of mentally affected by being alone for 24 hours?
16:33Would you feel picked on?
16:34Blair was to start with, I think, so it wouldn't really matter.
16:37I wouldn't feel picked on, no.
16:39But I'd definitely try and find something to do, whether it's throw rocks over the roof or just do something.
16:43Or something constructive.
16:44It's trying to find the reasoning at the moment.
16:47I think towards the end of the stay, you try and find more reason why what's happening, what's going on,
16:51because you're going a little bit more insane at that point.
16:53So early on, it's a bit, it's kind of like, okay, this has happened.
16:56I'll just handle it, because it's not going to last forever, because it's a start.
16:59So if you keep a logical frame of mind, you hope that it'll pan its way very nicely.
17:03Why put someone in there tonight?
17:05I reckon leave him a week in there by himself, and then it'll be really affected, probably scarred for life.
17:09You're the one who thought it was cruel to not let some of the housemates in for one night.
17:14No, I actually like Ben. I reckon he's cool.
17:16But I actually think Ben has achieved what we want him to achieve already.
17:21And what were you planning? What's the motivation here?
17:24Well, one is that he likes to be in control, so we're taking control away from him.
17:30Then we predicted that he would trace out the steps of the house, which he has done.
17:36Then, from my looking at what he did, he has turned the whole thing around to cope,
17:43and by seeing that, in fact, he's very, very special for being picked to be in the house,
17:48which is part of his personality.
17:49He likes to feel that he is very important.
17:52And then what he's done is he's stamped the house as his.
17:56And I think we saw that with the shoes off on the couch.
17:59And not many people go into somebody's house and actually lie down and put their feet up.
18:04All right, just very, very quickly, what happens then if you've created your own territory
18:08and a beautiful, blonde, intelligent girl with a comely figure walks in through the door?
18:13You crack open that bottle of champagne that he didn't have last night, I think.
18:17Don't talk to her if you don't want to get in trouble, really.
18:19All right, well, I think we should all get to know the Joanne phenomenon a little bit better.
18:23Hi, my name's Jo, and I'm currently working as a solicitor and departure model.
18:35I'm told I'm good at my job.
18:36I go out and meet witnesses and take statements.
18:39I think if she decides she wants to pursue a career in law, she will do well.
18:43But I think she's also got a few other avenues which she'd like to pursue.
18:46I really enjoy long distance running.
18:49It's the time when I can just switch off and not think and just run.
18:54I loved uni. It was so much fun.
18:56She put the time in, she put the effort, and she got the rewards.
18:59I'm very proud of her.
19:00People ask me what I want to do with my life, and I say, I don't know.
19:04Because I don't know.
19:06She's a very outgoing person, very loving, caring.
19:10She won't be difficult to live with.
19:12I guess she's very opinionated, and she's very, um, believes strongly in those opinions.
19:18Jo reckons, you know, she's always right.
19:22Um...
19:22I am.
19:23My brother thinks that I'm a clean freak.
19:26She's really obsessive.
19:28I think hygiene is very important.
19:31She's bossy to everyone in the house, I reckon, like, even her parents.
19:33That's a talent.
19:35I love spending time with all of my friends.
19:37She's an absolutely bold.
19:38She's a very fiery gal.
19:39She'll give you a whack from nowhere.
19:41Have you talked to say the wrong thing about her?
19:42No.
19:43No.
19:44Don't listen to him.
19:45He knows nothing.
19:48I don't really want to make a final determination about what I want to do with my life
19:55until I've at least seen or done a few other things.
20:05I'm standing here with the beautiful Joanne.
20:06I know I know a lot of boys were disappointed that you haven't gone into the house.
20:10How did you feel when you weren't allowed into the house last night?
20:14Um, state of disbelief, shock, a little bit sceptical, because I was like, oh, I don't
20:20know, you know.
20:21Big brother's pretty sneaky and doesn't tell us everything, so, and told us to expect lots
20:26of surprises, and last night was just one of them.
20:28So when were you told that you're going into the house tonight?
20:31Uh, this morning.
20:33And what did you feel like then?
20:34I said, well, hurry it up.
20:35Let's, let's go.
20:36Come on.
20:37And do you feel, I just have to ask you girl to girl.
20:39Yeah.
20:39Woman to girl.
20:40Do you feel that the people who are already in there are somehow better or leading the
20:44race because you're coming in after?
20:46You mean advantaged by having that time to be able to build rapport.
20:49Yep.
20:50Whilst I'm not there.
20:51Um, a little bit, but, uh, I don't know.
20:53They've only had 24 hours.
20:55Now, have you got a plan?
20:56No, I don't.
20:57I'm just, I can't, I can't pre-empt what the people are going to be like and, until I
21:01get there and see them and meet them and, you know, I can't, I can't, I'm not going
21:05to strategise as yet.
21:06Are you prepared for anything?
21:09You are?
21:10I'm sorry.
21:11I don't know.
21:11All right.
21:12Well, in you go.
21:13Start the wander down there.
21:15Good luck.
21:16I hope you have a fabulous time.
21:17Off you go.
21:18Okay.
21:19Just walk that way.
21:20Thanks.
21:21See you, Gretel.
21:22Bye.
21:23Have fun.
21:24Be cool.
21:37Welcome back.
21:38You are watching Big Brother.
21:39As you can see, Joanne is about to enter the roundhouse.
21:43This is the space where Benjamin has spent the last 24 hours completely alone and possibly
21:49going quietly insane.
21:50His mind will currently be full of doubts and insecurities but in only moments his mind
21:56may be full of Joanne.
21:57Good.
22:00It's so good.
23:01Oh, my God.
23:03Oh, my God.
23:04Come in.
23:05How are you?
23:06I'm Joey.
23:07I'm Ben.
23:07How are you?
23:08Hi, Ben.
23:08How are you?
23:09Actually, no, I'll just give you a hug because I'm really going to be hugging you this time
23:12anyway.
23:13How are you?
23:13Good.
23:13You've just woke me up.
23:15Oh, have I?
23:15No, I was just reading the book.
23:16Is everyone sleeping or...?
23:17I'm it.
23:19What?
23:19I've been here on my own.
23:20Are you kidding me?
23:21No.
23:22Get out.
23:22No.
23:23Get out of...
23:23Are you serious?
23:23It's me.
23:25I'm going inside.
23:26I'm crawling on the walls.
23:27So I'm number two.
23:27You're two.
23:29However, there's another house, I think, that way somewhere.
23:33So you're it.
23:34Come in here.
23:35Oh, wow.
23:36This is very interesting.
23:37Yeah, so you're wonderful.
23:38Where do we set up shop?
23:39Where do I go?
23:40Oh, my God.
23:41This is bizarre.
23:42Oh, my God.
23:43We are like the seven dwarfs.
23:44With the beds.
23:46Oh, my God.
23:47Where are you?
23:47I'm here.
23:48All right.
23:48Well, I'll go here then.
23:49I'm here.
23:50I'll be next to you, buddy.
23:51Are you kidding me?
23:53No, this is it.
23:54I've been here from day one.
23:56Well, yesterday.
23:57Yesterday?
23:58Yeah.
23:5825, 26 hours.
24:00Going inside.
24:01Are you going nuts?
24:02I've still got a headache from the three days we spent at the hotel.
24:05Yeah?
24:06Yeah.
24:06So you had big nights.
24:07So did you only get here today?
24:09No, no, no.
24:09I've been in the hotel since Thursday.
24:12Oh, they've only just brought you out here?
24:13Yeah.
24:15We've got to get to the bottom of it.
24:17This is just crazy.
24:19This is crazy.
24:20Oh, you've just stayed in here.
24:20You know, they told us to not anticipate or pre-empt or expect.
24:24So you didn't come out Sunday night?
24:26What do you mean?
24:27Last night.
24:28I came out Sunday night.
24:30And then drove you back?
24:30And Big Brother told me to go back in my car and go home.
24:33I was in the car with a girl, Tamara.
24:35Yeah.
24:36Where did you go?
24:36Did you on the stage?
24:37Or did you...
24:38No, they told...
24:39No, we'll see.
24:40We were the very first car.
24:43You were the very first car.
24:44I think I was about the third.
24:46And then what they've done, they've told me...
24:48We both got out of the car.
24:50And they've told Tamara to get back in the car.
24:52And they've told me to go to the house.
24:55And they've walked me down to the house and brought me in here.
24:57And I sat here and listened to all the other cars rock up.
24:59The roars and the laughter and everything.
25:02Yeah.
25:02And I sat and sat and sat and no one came.
25:08And all of a sudden they said, go in here.
25:10And I went in here and there's a plate of food with one candle.
25:16And a little bottle of champagne.
25:18Oh, nice.
25:19And...
25:19You want a big bottle of champagne when you buy yourself.
25:21I still had a headache.
25:22I only just had some panina all about...
25:24Oh, paracetamol about a half hour ago.
25:27Yeah.
25:27Trying to get rid of the headache.
25:28Because they got a shit face Saturday night at the hotel.
25:31Oh, did you?
25:32Yeah.
25:33I don't know whether...
25:33Who were you with?
25:34I had Duncan.
25:35Who was your loved one?
25:35Duncan.
25:37Is that your girlfriend?
25:37Oh, I had my girlfriend and Duncan was there.
25:39So you've got a girlfriend?
25:40Yes.
25:40Right.
25:41And we went out and got reasonably drunk.
25:43Yeah.
25:44And I'm still trying to shake it.
25:45So I've been walking around here today in circles, in circles, in circles.
25:49And I put a little bell on the door.
25:50And the colours here, it's just full on, isn't it?
25:52And you just walk in.
25:53I put a little bell on the door that I found in the backyard.
25:56Knowing that the only way that anyone could come in that I didn't know was through here.
26:00And then I heard a door.
26:01It's true, there's someone here.
26:03Did you?
26:03What about that, eh?
26:05Now, Marty, you did notice that Benjamin...
26:07Oh, that might be for you.
26:09You did notice...
26:10Well, we're in the control room where the show is actually being broadcast from.
26:13So forgive the distractions.
26:15Now, tell me.
26:16Yes.
26:16You noticed that Benjamin forgot that his girlfriend was with him only two nights ago.
26:19That's right.
26:20I remember that Duncan was there with him, but his girlfriend just had to come up a few seconds later.
26:25So...
26:25Is that kind of like yourself, Marty?
26:26It is.
26:27Yeah.
26:27I mean, if any advice I give this housemates is that it's very hard if you have a relationship
26:31before you go into the house.
26:33Because you never know who you're going to meet.
26:35And, I mean, look who Benjamin has just met.
26:37It's not going to be easy.
26:38Now, how would Benjamin be feeling now, do you think, Blair?
26:41Oh, over the moon, wouldn't you?
26:43I mean, no.
26:44He's been climbing the walls, like you said, all day and a half or whatever it's been.
26:48What would you have at the moon?
26:50Well, to have someone to talk to.
26:51And if it's a gorgeous, blonde-looking girl, then, yeah, you're going to be twice as happy,
26:54aren't you?
26:55Is he going to think, gee, this could be a really close relationship?
26:58Well, he conveniently forgot his girlfriend, so you never know.
27:03Carmel, what is your take on this?
27:05Yes, I noticed that you noticed the fact that he said he'd been there from the very beginning,
27:10which is, in fact, one day.
27:12Yes, well, my take on this is that it's now Ben's house, and he's playing the perfect host.
27:17With the come on in?
27:18Yes, come on in, and I'm going to show you around.
27:21Now, how long will that ownership of the space last, do you think?
27:24A long time.
27:26And will someone like Joanne disturb his equilibrium?
27:30Because he's got pretty firm views on women, hasn't he?
27:32He will flirt with Joanne, but believe it or not, we didn't pick Joanne because of her looks.
27:39We picked Joanne because she is the female equivalent to him, but there are differences.
27:45The similarities.
27:46So are you saying that they're a match made in heaven?
27:48No, what I'm saying is that she's equally competitive.
27:52She's equally self-driven, so he will find her a threat.
27:57And will she find him a threat?
27:59No, because she's also very caring, and she will try to accommodate the perfect host.
28:05The perfect wife.
28:06What about that?
28:07Well, the interesting thing is we've got one bombshell in the house now, but they don't
28:13only make female bombshells.
28:15They also come in masculine form.
28:17Stay tuned, because after this, not you two, after this break, we will be meeting the Italian
28:23stallion who deserves a medallion.
28:25What for?
28:26Stay tuned to find out.
28:27Maybe assume wrongly or rightly that there's five in the other house?
28:36Probably.
28:36Maybe 15 people are up, probably.
28:38See, we have no kitchen here either.
28:40I reckon it's the economy house.
28:42We have a kitchen.
28:42All we have to cook is a barbecue.
28:44So are they going to prepare the food all the time, or is this only temporary?
28:47Welcome back.
29:01You are watching Big Brother, and you have just been watching The Square House, where
29:05we are about to unleash our high-achieving, well-traveled debonair heartthrob.
29:11The unfortunate news is he does already have a girlfriend.
29:14Hi, I'm Vincent.
29:21I'm 29.
29:22I'm a structural engineer.
29:23I design buildings, designing everything from skyscrapers to the stadium in China for the 2008 Olympics.
29:31My company has basically designed most of the Melbourne skyline.
29:36If I set out to achieve something, I don't stop until I get it.
29:41Interests, things like, you know, science fiction stuff.
29:45Mark gave it to me.
29:46It took me two years to build the damn thing.
29:48Two years and about four ex-girlfriends.
29:51Girls seem to like him.
29:52He likes the girls.
29:53I have a sense of humour.
29:56I do have some intellectual capacity.
29:58I can hold a conversation.
30:00The Capricorns.
30:01So Capricorns have a tendency to be one step above everyone else, well, in their own head anyway.
30:05I was always taught, if you do something, you do it right.
30:08You do it proper, and you do it the first time.
30:10I guess he plays the role of the know-it-all.
30:12I have a tendency to say what I think.
30:15Vincent is very good at playing the game.
30:18Well, he's the type of person you have a love you hate.
30:19I don't know, he's always there when you need him.
30:21He's very caring, even though someone doesn't want to admit it.
30:24I'm good to those who are good to me.
30:25I'm interested to see what he's going to be like.
30:27I'm going to be watching and laughing.
30:30I'll probably be kicked out the first couple of weeks, let's be honest.
30:38I'm just having a chat with Vincent because I didn't get to have a chat with him last night.
30:43We were just wondering whether I should go like that.
30:45No, you're okay.
30:45But you are taller than me, aren't you?
30:46If you take those off, I'll be taller.
30:48Now, how are you?
30:49You're just delighted to see other humans at the moment, aren't you?
30:51Yeah, well, I've been sort of locked away for the last four days.
30:54It's a sensory deprivation.
30:56Now, who were you in the hotel with last night?
30:59Chaperone.
31:00A chaperone.
31:01And what did you do to pass the time?
31:03No, nothing.
31:04Just stared out to the ocean.
31:05Were you grumpy?
31:06No, no, not much.
31:08I had my sister with me.
31:08No, you have to tell the truth.
31:09No, I was with my sister.
31:10And what did she say?
31:11No, she was all right.
31:12For the first time in years, we haven't argued once.
31:15Well, I think this is a breakthrough.
31:16I can hear your mother applauding from here.
31:19Now, tell me, did she say to you, it's all right, you'll be going in the house?
31:24Or did she say, you're a bit of a loser?
31:26No, she said it'll be all right.
31:27And did you believe her?
31:29Yes.
31:30And when did they tell you that you're going into the house?
31:32Carmel, last night, as when she came to see me.
31:37So I didn't know what was going on.
31:39So you've gone, whoop, whoop, whoop, back up again.
31:42Yeah, so first you want me, then you don't want me, now you want me, so...
31:45It's just like a normal relationship, isn't it?
31:47Yeah.
31:48Now, you've got a girlfriend.
31:49This is the saddest news I've ever heard.
31:51Why?
31:51Oh, I don't know.
31:52I just think it's nice for people to be single.
31:54Oh, okay, well...
31:55Let me hear whether you want to win this, or whether you're just in it to have fun.
32:01Do I want to win it?
32:02Hell yeah.
32:03You want to win?
32:03Are you a competitive person?
32:04Maybe just a little bit, but I want to have some fun as well.
32:08All right, you want to say goodbye to your girlfriend?
32:10Au revoir?
32:10Ciao.
32:11That's very sweet.
32:12Now, isn't this supposed to happen at the end?
32:14Don't confuse me.
32:15I know exactly where we are on this plot.
32:17No, that's what big brother did to me last night.
32:19I'm ready to say goodbye to you.
32:20Don't ask me a question.
32:21There's not the minority out there.
32:23There could be anything out there, to be perfectly honest.
32:25Are you prepared for anything?
32:26This time I'm prepared for anything.
32:27Okay, you're just going to go with the flow like a lizard.
32:29If I go on a aeroplane and go home, see what happens.
32:33Well, bon voyage.
32:34Thanks.
32:35Good luck.
32:36Have fun.
32:36Down there you go.
32:38Don't walk into the fair.
32:39Ciao.
32:39I'll try not to.
32:40Goodbye.
32:41Ciao.
32:42Have fun.
32:42Have fun.
32:56You are watching Big Brother,
32:58and you're about to see our valiant Italian gladiator
33:01enter the kingdom of the squares.
33:03here we go.
33:04This is a very interesting thing.
33:06You guys can step by.
33:07Hi, Alex.
33:08Oh, wow.
33:09Hello.
33:09Hello.
33:09Hello.
33:10Hello.
33:11Hello.
33:11Hello.
33:13Hi.
33:13How are you?
33:14How are you?
33:16Hey!
33:17Hey!
33:18Hey!
33:19Hey!
33:20Hey!
33:21Hey!
33:22Hey!
33:23It's the first time.
33:24On that first time.
33:25Hello!
33:26I'm Belinda.
33:27How are you?
33:28Vincent, nice to meet you.
33:29You've got a firm grip.
33:30Let's know.
33:31How are you?
33:32We've made it in the auditions.
33:33Yeah.
33:34You're in my audition.
33:35Round two.
33:36How you doing?
33:37Hang on.
33:38Hang on.
33:39That means you're in mine because...
33:40Wow!
33:41What?
33:42I remember when you were talking about martial arts or something like that.
33:45Yeah, something like that.
33:46Where have you been?
33:47Yeah, where have you been?
33:48Where have you been?
33:49Where have you been?
33:50Hang on.
33:51You want to know?
33:52I don't know if I'm allowed to talk about it.
33:53No, I don't know.
33:54You're not allowed to talk about it.
33:55I'm bullshit.
33:56I'll tell you everything.
33:57They came in and they just told us all to go home.
34:00Just like that.
34:01Are you serious?
34:02Yeah.
34:03So, I thought...
34:04No, that's bullshit.
34:05No, you're lying.
34:06Is this it?
34:07Yeah, you're lying.
34:08No, I'm not.
34:09So then the other half...
34:10I bet you they'll bleed us in one by one.
34:11Oh, so this is the house?
34:12This is the house.
34:13This is giving me tears.
34:14Yeah, they'll bleed us in one by one.
34:15I'm telling you.
34:16Oh, my God.
34:17Oh, my God.
34:18How are you doing, mate?
34:19What a bit.
34:20Vincent, Vincent.
34:21Oh, my God.
34:22I went back to...
34:23Good to see something.
34:24Good to see a new face.
34:25You went...
34:26Oh, I'm not supposed to say that.
34:27I'm not supposed to say that.
34:28Hey, that's the reason it was true.
34:29One house...
34:30They said you're going home, but I thought...
34:32I went to university up here doing my law degree.
34:35So...
34:36That's why we're in the house together.
34:37Why?
34:38I'm a lawyer.
34:39Oh, you're not.
34:40Oh, I've got...
34:41I've got 12 months to go.
34:42Have you?
34:43Yeah.
34:44Do you need some assistance?
34:45Because there were 16 cars all up.
34:46Yeah.
34:47So did they film me?
34:48Have you seen them before?
34:49Was there an audience?
34:50No, you guys.
34:51No, no, no audience.
34:52It was just me.
34:53Just me and Gretel.
34:54Yeah, because like...
34:55Freaking hell, why?
34:56Because like, you're a complete stranger.
34:57No, you are a complete stranger, but in the sense that...
34:59Do we against the average shit?
35:00That's why we haven't been in the house.
35:02Why, how many beds?
35:03There's only five beds.
35:04There's only going to be another four people.
35:07What about...
35:08Is my stuff around?
35:09Hopefully my stuff...
35:10It might be in the store.
35:11Might be...
35:12Can someone show me around?
35:14Yeah.
35:15Oh my...
35:16This is just...
35:17Sorry.
35:18This is just so weird.
35:19I reckon I'm dressed for this.
35:20I bet you they'll give us one person...
35:22Oh my God!
35:23Just for a visitor!
35:24Oh my God!
35:25That's the lounge room?
35:26But no, wait a sec, Vincent.
35:28There's another guy, Ben, in another house.
35:30Yeah!
35:31He's in a house.
35:32Yeah.
35:33Another guy.
35:34Another guy.
35:35His name is Ben.
35:36So I reckon they're going to have two...
35:37Two days.
35:38Get out.
35:39Yeah, five...
35:40I'm doing five subjects.
35:41What did you have?
35:42Contract.
35:43Yep.
35:44And torts.
35:45Stage.
35:46So there was a guy who lifted his arms up.
35:47That was someone else.
35:48It happened so fast, I didn't count how many chairs.
35:51So I was going to count the chairs.
35:52Five chairs up on stage.
35:54All at least five.
35:55So that's five.
35:56Because I was the last one and I was five.
35:57I know.
35:58So okay, they sent you back to the hotel.
36:00What happened today?
36:01I went to see a movie.
36:03I went to...
36:04I went to see a movie.
36:05I went to see a movie.
36:06I went to.
36:07This is it.
36:08Yeah, that's it.
36:09I knew I recognised you.
36:10And they're single.
36:11So you and his?
36:12I'm on the floor.
36:13So you and his?
36:14Yeah.
36:15If the couch is comfortable.
36:16I was in my group.
36:17We had a gay guy.
36:18A really tall, tall guy.
36:19Is it?
36:20Nah, there are two.
36:21They split us up into two.
36:22You know what we've seen?
36:23Upstairs.
36:24We can f***ing f***ing upstairs, right?
36:25And we've been...
36:26Showers are outside.
36:27Showers are outside.
36:28Showers are outside.
36:29Yeah.
36:30We've been noticing doors and stuff.
36:31Around.
36:32That are locked.
36:33So that would lead us upstairs eventually.
36:34I'm sorry.
36:35This is just too much.
36:36You went home.
36:37I was on the movie.
36:38I saw it at the police academy show.
36:39I was going...
36:40Really?
36:41I would have been like...
36:42Cool.
36:43Just one more now.
36:44Nah, you haven't seen it.
36:45Don't worry.
36:46That's weird.
36:47You should have just went like this.
36:48You shouldn't have seen it like that.
36:49I want to see it.
36:50I was sitting at the top and you were walking by.
36:51Hang on.
36:52Show me the showers.
36:53Outside.
36:54It's outside.
36:55Like external.
36:56There's only two.
36:57There's only two as well.
36:58Oh my God.
36:59We've got one for tonight.
37:00That's fine.
37:01So, Vincent has entered the square house.
37:08Now, Carmel, you commented that he was already taking control.
37:13Tell us.
37:14Well, he's not dominant type, but he's got a really strong social presence and already
37:20they've accepted him as a leader.
37:21Is that because he's older than the others?
37:23He's older, but he's also confident.
37:26If you see the pattern, we've put two people in tonight who are very, very competitive
37:30and very driven and they've achieved in their own professions.
37:35And Vincent uses charm and he's got traditional male values.
37:41What are they, just out of interest, Carmel?
37:44Well, he's the type to open the door for a female.
37:46Oh.
37:47And he believes in honour.
37:49Suck.
37:50Get a note of that, bloke.
37:52Yes.
37:53I've got Carmel in the house.
37:54He's shameless.
37:55So, now we have an Italian who actually will treat women with respect.
38:00A nobleman.
38:01Yes.
38:02And how do you think that will affect Carmel?
38:04Well, already Carmel's carrying his bags.
38:07Oh, it's so symbolic.
38:08Now, we should point out that Vincent and Jamie met at an audition because, of course, you
38:13have to audition for Big Brother and that's how they met.
38:15You two didn't meet like that, did you?
38:16No.
38:17He was the other series.
38:18Yeah.
38:19Now, do you think...
38:20Sorry, Blake.
38:21I was just going to say, Vincent, it would have been the novelty of having a new person
38:24until that novelty wears off.
38:25They're all going to love being around him, obviously, because it's a bit more stimulus.
38:28Is that...
38:29We've got 400,000 of questions at him.
38:31Well, wouldn't you?
38:32When the intruders come in, you're so excited, well, kind of, to have new people in there.
38:36But you also get taken back by that.
38:38I don't know when the intruders come into our house.
38:39We already had a place in the house and you were there and people knew you for that.
38:44And then when people come in, it just shifts things all around, I guess.
38:47They've been settled for about 24 hours, so it doesn't take long before you've got
38:51a place in there.
38:52Yeah, they're really a housemate but not an intruder.
38:5424 hours is not a long time.
38:56Yeah.
38:57But did you think that the five of those people were struggling for someone to be their leader
39:01just over the last 24 hours?
39:02Did they need someone at this time?
39:03Well, Carlo likes being the centre of attention.
39:06He doesn't like leading.
39:08What about Claire?
39:09I've noticed that she goes from being chatty to very, very quiet.
39:12She likes to suss things out.
39:14We put her in because she is that contrast.
39:16She demonstrates her beautifully.
39:18She likes her own space and she's quiet but she's also very fun-loving.
39:23Alright, so just quickly, Claire would be feeling good or bad at the moment with Vincent
39:26in the house?
39:27She would love him.
39:28Alright.
39:29Because she's intelligent and she's got an engineer that she can talk with.
39:32Alright.
39:33You will love him.
39:34Love him.
39:35She's also a clairvoyant.
39:37Who's going to win, Carmel?
39:40Alright.
39:41What will happen now?
39:42That is of course the big question.
39:44Two new housemates.
39:45Two separate houses.
39:47I've heard rumours already that actually you will have to come back after the break to
39:52hear that one because not even the housemates know what is going on.
39:56Two houses.
39:57Did you watch Tommy?
39:58Do you watch Tommy?
39:59He wouldn't be allowed to.
40:00Sorry?
40:01That's alright.
40:02When I watched, when we watched Ben on the, I don't know, you saw Ben.
40:06It was a different coloured house.
40:08It was like a, to me it looked a darker coloured house.
40:11What do you mean?
40:12When you saw Ben go into another.
40:13He went into it.
40:14He was into it.
40:15He was into it.
40:16He went out of the beginning.
40:17Start at the beginning.
40:18Start at the beginning.
40:19Start at the beginning.
40:20Start at the beginning.
40:21Tell me what happened.
40:22So we're all up on stage.
40:23Before or after they told me where to go.
40:24Let's work out what car we were in.
40:25Yeah.
40:26Ten.
40:27Are we talking from the show?
40:28I drink a bottle of champagne at night.
40:30I go, yeah I do that too.
40:31No.
40:32Last night I just couldn't look at it.
40:34And when I went in there to get this dinner.
40:35So you were just stressed last night.
40:37Well I came in and I sort of sat and no one was coming and I thought he's playing tricks.
40:41But I thought I would have got more than just me.
40:44Yeah.
40:45I'm thinking why are they doing this whole house?
40:46It's got to be more than for just sitting me here.
40:49Yeah.
40:50And then when they called me in to get dinner and there was one candle and there was like a nice
40:53big salad, sorry a seafood and salad platter.
40:56Nice.
40:57Can we have that tonight?
40:58Yeah.
40:59I bought it out.
41:00All right, welcome back.
41:13So what do you think will happen now?
41:15Will there be riots?
41:16Will there be happiness?
41:17Will there be love?
41:18Let's ask our experts.
41:20What do you think?
41:21Yes, that's you.
41:22Finally we're included after.
41:23Yeah, I was going to say we're back, the experts.
41:26Well, I think love's always on the cards.
41:30Which house would you rather be in at the moment?
41:32The two person house or the six person house?
41:34Six, I would say.
41:35What about you Blair?
41:36Not sure actually, I don't know.
41:38He knows.
41:39No.
41:40The six person one's fun but at the same time if you're in the two person one you've got
41:43time to grow over the week.
41:44Obviously more people are going to come in so that week's going to actually not stretch
41:48as much as the one that they're going to get to know each other pretty quick, the other
41:51household.
41:52So it's a bit of a contrast there.
41:53Not sure.
41:54I'm just like square objects so that's why the house appeals to me.
41:58Good intellectual choice.
41:59Now the two people who were sitting there, Joanne and Benjamin, are having a very serious
42:03chat about torts and whatever it is, contract law.
42:08Is this the path it's going to take?
42:10No.
42:11I think that Joanne's very accommodating and she's very warm so she'll be attentive but
42:17they have no idea how long they're going to be in the house for.
42:20Just the two of them.
42:21So are we seeing the real person with either of them here?
42:24Are they both on their best behaviour?
42:25No, I think you're seeing the real people.
42:28I think Ben uses whatever he needs to use to impress and he's using charm at the moment
42:35and that's working well.
42:36Go you good thing Benjamin.
42:38But I think it's a bit like a first date but when you're accommodating and you have
42:45a male that you like but then you want to go home, she won't be able to go home.
42:50So I think there's going to be some difficulty probably tomorrow morning.
42:54Rejection.
42:55Oh, that'll be like the second date tomorrow.
42:57Wondering if they should make a commitment.
42:59How intriguing.
43:00I'm becoming psychic too.
43:01This is perfect.
43:02Let's have a look at the house.
43:03Let's see what's happening.
43:05We shut her up so that she'd have more to do.
43:08And all of a sudden we started with one cat, two cats, five birds.
43:11So you've got a zoo?
43:12Eight fish, yeah.
43:13She's my little zookeeper.
43:14Eight fish.
43:15Eight fish and we named them all.
43:17Six birds, we named them all after a family and friends.
43:19So I said, just go out and talk to them.
43:21And then we bought the dog.
43:22What kind of dog?
43:23Oh, the Staffordshire.
43:24Yeah, Staffordshire.
43:25We got it from the pound.
43:26Yeah.
43:27Oh, that's good.
43:28I bought my Nana up and her old sister to house it so Carly can be back and forth.
43:33The dog will take Nana more.
43:34That might have changed.
43:35Oh, I couldn't go into a newspaper.
43:36No, they couldn't have.
43:37I swear to God.
43:38They had round pillows.
43:39Yeah, I still had a chaperone.
43:40They couldn't find the toilet.
43:41I was allowed to go out.
43:42Yeah, and he couldn't find the toilet.
43:43And I went into one of the big shopping centres and I just walked right through.
43:46Like, there was nothing.
43:47Like, I wasn't expecting anything.
43:48Did you see any papers?
43:49Oh, so they just said, oh, we're going to keep you for another day or something like that.
43:52Yeah.
43:53Well, they, I went, I got back to the hotel room.
43:55Carmel says.
43:56Did you show them when they sent you off?
43:57Carmel said what?
43:58Oh, I'd be sorry guys.
43:59You'd be confused.
44:00Oh, yeah.
44:01Oh, they drove me off and my phone.
44:03Dad owned hotels in Melbourne.
44:04Oh.
44:05Yeah, they got the.
44:06It's weird.
44:07There's too many freaky coincidences happening.
44:10Big brothers just, you know, we're going to have to keep on.
44:13Climb the ultimate games.
44:14Isn't it?
44:15So how is he about you going on here?
44:17Well, he'd hate me to talk about this, but I will.
44:20So he sat in.
44:21Bad luck.
44:22Bad luck.
44:23Bad luck, buddy.
44:24Can't kill me until I get out.
44:27Yeah.
44:28Anyway.
44:29But as I said, I'm going to be trying to be as open as possible in this house.
44:31Oh, he's got to be honest.
44:32I'm not going to try and be somebody else.
44:34No.
44:35You know, and people say straight through that anyway.
44:37Oh, exactly.
44:38But he was, he's like my rock.
44:40Yeah.
44:41The whole way through this time.
44:42Yeah.
44:43You know, like, he's the guy that, you know, Joe, you'll do really well.
44:45Yeah.
44:46You'll be fine.
44:47You're this, you're that, you're strong.
44:48Yeah.
44:49You know, and he says a lot like that to me.
44:52And then, like, last night when we had to say our goodbyes.
44:56I'll be so sad.
44:58Did you do this as well?
44:59Yeah.
45:00It was pretty hard.
45:01And they rang and because Tim was taking his time to go down because we were just.
45:04They're saying beat there by 430, beat there by 14.
45:06Yeah, yeah.
45:07And Tim wasn't there.
45:08And they're ringing going, Joe, get Tim down now.
45:10And I'm like, okay, he's coming.
45:12Anyway.
45:13And they're like, you know.
45:14Well, I think the roundhouse feels a bit fake.
45:17They're starting to analyse things a bit too much, I think.
45:20That's the square house, mate.
45:21Is it the square house?
45:22Yeah.
45:23Sorry, I'm just confused here.
45:24I'll just show you a circle like that and a square like that.
45:26Oh, beautiful.
45:27I've got it.
45:28Anyway, the square house, I was at the circle.
45:29Square house.
45:30Square.
45:31Square house.
45:32It's starting to analyse things a bit too much.
45:33So I've just got to, they're in there now, they should get to know each other and really
45:35work out each other's personalities because they are going to spend a long time in there,
45:39hopefully.
45:40But this is how they're working out each other's personalities, asking questions.
45:43No, they're not.
45:44They're trying to find out what's going on on the outside and who's coming in next.
45:46You've got to get rid of that.
45:47What did you do on the first night, Melanie?
45:49I had a few beers.
45:50Exactly.
45:51Relaxed.
45:52And a few more.
45:53I did exactly the same.
45:54So I think just not trying to figure anything out, just sit there and let it happen around
45:57you.
45:58Have some fun.
45:59Some people aren't like that, guys.
46:00I mean, Vincent is an academic, isn't he?
46:02Well, why did I make that up?
46:04He's not an academic at all.
46:05I just threw that in to squash you two.
46:07I think the thing is to remember that Vincent is also competitive.
46:10What he's using is, I was wronged last night and he's now milking that.
46:15All right.
46:16I think it's funny that I'm sitting back here now trying to analyse the show when I was
46:20a part of that and I've lived that.
46:21I guess you guys did the same thing to me, so thanks very much.
46:24Yeah, the funny thing is also that we've had you in as experts and you've proved that
46:30you're not.
46:31So thanks, Marty.
46:32Thank you, Blair.
46:33And our fabulous expert, Carmel.
46:34Thank you very, very much for joining us.
46:36So, a big thank you to the guests.
46:37I will be back tomorrow night at 7.30 with more clues to the Big Brother mystery.
46:42Will there be magic, wizards and witches?
46:44Will two more housemates be going in?
46:46I suspect they will.
46:48But one thing I know for sure is that I will be joined by Damien, the love bug from the
46:52last Big Brother and the extraordinarily lovely Sarah Marie.
46:56You can catch up with the new housemates settling in on the 7 o'clock daily show here on Channel
47:0110.
47:02And if you need a 24 hour fix of Big Brother, log on and watch the live streaming on our
47:07website at bigbrother.optus.com.au.
47:10I will leave you safe in the knowledge that with Big Brother, nothing is what it seems.
47:17Claim freaks.
47:18I don't know if you're not that, but that doesn't matter because I can do everyone's
47:20claiming.
47:21I just claim that says mine.
47:22I'm the same today every time.
47:24The most exciting part of my day was being able to do my dishes straight after I ate.
47:28Oh, you are so lame.
47:29You know, it's just crazy.
47:30This is crazy.
47:31I wouldn't let me, so I just used my studded belt as a...
47:34Yeah, drink.
47:35Saluta.
47:36Saluta.
47:37Can we do gama joss?
47:38Can we do gama joss?
47:39Gama joss.
47:40Okay.
47:41Gama joss.
47:42George.
47:43George.
47:44It's Georgian.
47:45Georgian.
47:46Georgian.
47:47So, if it is live, then people will be really happy.
47:50So, this...
47:51I'll tell you something.
47:53Yeah.
47:54You go, right ahead.
47:55It looked a lot bigger in the brochure.
47:57Yeah.
47:58I don't know.
47:59I expect that.
48:00Once I can get through mine, I can...
48:02Oh, we can just...
48:03Yeah.
48:04We can all swap around.
48:05But I, um...
48:06You're reading Richard Braxton.
48:07Yeah, yeah, yeah.
48:08I saw that.
48:09I saw it and I didn't really go.
48:10Just said that.
48:11Yeah, no.
48:12Someone said it's a good book.
48:13And is it good?
48:14Yeah.
48:15This program brought to you from Dreamworld, the home of Big Brother.
48:25A.
48:26They were crazy.
48:27A.
48:28The voice of the dude is Boyz II.
48:29The voice of the dude is Szaszak專夫.
