00:00The soul of any constitution or any holy program is with its purpose.
00:12The basic constitution of India, which Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar
00:16adopted on 26th November, 1949,
00:28there were no words in that constitution.
00:35There were neither secular nor socialist words.
00:47Congress stole it.
00:51When the civil rights of this country were deprived,
00:56there was an emergency,
01:02then Congress put these two words in the constitution of India
01:08and did the work of breaking the soul of the constitution of India.
01:14And that is why the people who mislead the people of the country,
01:20what can be said to those people?
01:25What is their feeling about the country?
01:28Their face looks democratic, but in reality it is not democratic.
01:32They are people who work for their democratic mentality.
01:45And whenever they get an opportunity,
01:48whether it is before this, in 1976 or 1975,
01:54or outside India, in India,
01:58at that time, Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar
02:03socially, the Dalit and the people of backward caste,
02:10the people of backward caste,
02:12about depriving them of these constitutional rights,
02:15what kind of comments do they make?
02:18This is not hidden from anyone today.
02:20And that is why I would like to tell you all at this moment,
02:24that the heritage of Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar
02:28which unites the whole of India,
02:31the 140 crore people of India,
02:37that is the constitution of India.
02:40It is our responsibility to protect this constitution of India.
02:46And remembering it is the best way
02:51that through the constitution of India,
02:53if we follow the basic duties of every citizen of India,
03:01then this will be a true tribute to Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar,
03:06to the constitution makers of India,
03:09and to the great freedom fighters of India.
