01:31That's what they get by with each week is the greatness of Patrick Mahomes, and he said

01:36yesterday he'd like to see some blowouts for a change instead of these games going down

01:41I mean, Chris Young, 21-35, 263 and a touchdown, led them on multiple drives.

01:47I was screaming to you yesterday, those first couple where they kicked field goals, those

01:51were really the first three scoring drives.

01:53They kicked field goals instead of getting touchdowns, but I thought Young was excellent.

01:58And I noticed it in the game early because he had made a couple of big third down passes,

02:05and I'm going, is it me, or does this, he don't even look like the same deer caught

02:10in the headlights.

02:11Like, the game seems to have slowed down for him.

02:15He's making the correct reads.

02:17He's got at least Leggett.

02:19He's got some young talent there.

02:20He's got Hubbard, which is, he's a fantastic running back for that spot.

02:25And all of a sudden, the game looks like it slows down.

02:28Everyone stuck a fork in him and buried him, and wouldn't you know it, the right coach,

02:32right situation, took him off the field for a little while, gathered himself, no pressure.

02:38What we're seeing is a totally different quarterback than the one that we saw the first

02:42couple of years under that regime, the old regime.

02:46And if you can actually find out, Joe, over these last six weeks, that yes, you have cracked

02:53it and you figured it out, and he is that guy.

02:57Instead of restarting again, which I think five, six weeks ago, you thought maybe the

03:02Panthers were going to have to do with the quarterback's position, and you do have him

03:07going forward.

03:08Suddenly, your off-season looks a lot different, right, Joe?

03:12Totally.

03:13Because they're going to pick in the top 10 again, because they're still a young team

03:16and he's not going to win a lot of games, but suddenly now, you're getting him a weapon

03:19or an offensive lineman.

03:20You're getting him other things, and maybe you're building, and you actually start to

03:24turn the corner a little bit, and not just be miserable, as they've been for the past

03:30two years.

03:31So maybe things starting to turn around in Carolina.
