Ketamine or "K" is known as a party drug. Lately, it is being used to treat depression and mood disorders.

For Brut, filmmaker Léo Hamelin visited a wellness center in New York during a psychedelic therapy session.

00:00I was in therapy for a few years and I felt like, you know, I hit a block.
00:22The therapist identified that I had PTSD, so I have to go much, much deeper.
00:31What's your hope?
00:33My hope is to drop a lot of the pain, to hopefully reprocess the trauma.
