Kyoyu opens at Cambridge Street Collective

Cambridge Street Collective's first sit-in restaurant has opened with Kyoyu, an Asian fusion eatery where every table has its own charcoal barbecue.

00:00I didn't know this about Cambridge Street Collective the last times I visited. I thought it was already open, but no.

00:06It turns out if you go up one of the staircases, there's a whole extra section that's only just opened.

00:11That was uncompleted this whole time, but now it's finished.

00:14Cambridge Street Collective is now fully opened.

00:16Europe's largest food hall now has its very own sit-in restaurant.

00:20This is Kyouyu, an Asian fusion restaurant of Vietnamese, Japanese and Thai cuisine.

00:25Where, as you can see, every table is fitted with a charcoal pit barbecue.

00:29The new eatery is its own dedicated space sitting upstairs.

00:32It has windows looking out over the area with katsu curry, sushi, gyoza, takoyaki, teriyaki, donbori, poke bowls.

00:41It's got a lot of cuisines going on, basically.

00:44The centrepiece of every table is a barbecue grill where diners can grill their own platters of meat, seafood and veg, including wagyu beef.

00:51And that is Cambridge Street Collective now fully open.
