00:09It was inaugurated on the first night by hundreds of residents and tourists.

00:30Christmas is already felt here in the City of Pines.

00:33As part of Enchanting Baguio Christmas 2024, the Botanical Christmas Garden was opened first.

00:40Here, you can witness the beautiful and colorful Christmas decorations,

00:45Christmas lights, and Christmas house inspired by the design of Baguio City Cathedral.

00:50The theme is Faith, Hope, and Love.

00:55For those suffering from overwhelming loneliness or depression,

00:59it can be a life-changing to offer them the gift of light.

01:04Whether through a listening ear, helping them maintain their faith,

01:08or reminding them that there is endless hope and that they are loved.

01:12On the first night, hundreds of residents and tourists visited the Botanical Christmas Garden.

01:18Janela has been waiting for years for the decorations of Enchanting Baguio Christmas,

01:24so she did not miss it.

01:27It's beautiful. The feeling is very joyful.

01:31The Mabudbud family is from Manila.

01:34They were amazed by what they saw.

01:36They have never seen such a beautiful Christmas Garden before.

01:41It's so happy because our baby enjoyed it.

01:45Because the coldness of the wind is also accompanied here, that's why it feels more like Christmas.

01:50It is open from 7am to 12 midnight.

01:54Entrance fee is 100 pesos for tourists, 50 pesos for residents of Baguio City,

02:00and there is a 20 pesos discount for seniors and students.

02:05I invite the people of Baguio, the tourists, to come and visit.

02:10They have transformed the Botanical Christmas Garden into a Christmas paradise.

02:16Aside from the Botanical Christmas Garden,

02:18the Alpine Christmas Village in Baguio City was also opened.

02:22Next week, the European Christmas Market in Rose Garden, Burnham Park will be reopened.
