00:17PNP Chief Romel Francisco Matuil explains that

00:21their campaign against illegal drugs will be bloodless and community-oriented

00:26to ensure the protection of human rights.

00:31to prevent illegal drugs from entering the country

00:35through the cooperation of various communities.

00:38Meanwhile, PNP Chief said that

00:40some policemen were released from the war on drugs
