00:00The winter fuel payment was a tough call by the Chancellor, but we've been really clear
00:03that we will do everything we can to support vulnerable households, you know, and that's
00:07why I've been working really hard with the energy suppliers in order to put in place
00:11a winter support package. We announced yesterday that there'll be £500 million worth of support
00:17available for people this winter. That's in addition to the £500 million we're putting
00:21through the Warm Homes Discount that's helping over 3 million households. So for people that
00:26I know, I know that they're worried about their energy bills this winter, please pick
00:30up the phone, speak to your supplier, get in touch with Citizens Advice because there's
00:34a billion pounds worth of support that we've put into the system and we want people to
00:38be able to get access to that.
