00:23the Department of Information and Communications Technology, BICOL, is now targeting 10 towns in Catanduanes

00:37According to the Catanduanes Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office,
00:41only the town of Virac has a good line of communication after the typhoon.
00:48According to DICT-BICOL Regional Director Rachel Angrabador,
00:52the Government Emergency Communications System, Mobile Operations Vehicle for Emergency, or GECSMOV,
00:59is already there to help strengthen the line of communication and provide temporary supply of electricity to some residents.
01:07Angrabador added that they will also start rotating the so-called apparatus to provide services to residents
01:15whose families have been unable to contact them until now.
01:19GECSMOV Disc Watch includes a satellite communication tool that can provide an internet connection
