00:28here at the Philippine International Convention Center in Pasay City.

00:40to discuss women, peace, and security,
00:42especially in the regions of Southeast Asia, Middle East, and North Africa.
00:47After this, there will be a fourth and final session of thematic discussion.
00:52It will discuss how the National Action Plan on Women, Peace, and Security
00:57and the Climate Change Response.

01:44by Senior Undersecretary Isidro Purisima
01:47for the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding,
01:50while Principal Deputy Katrina Fotovat
01:53was authorized by the U.S.
01:56With the establishment of this Center of Excellence,
01:59the Philippines can further accelerate
02:02the progress of its WPS implementation,
02:05especially with the 4th Generation Philippine Map
02:09on the aspects of monitoring and evaluation,
02:12localization of the plan,
02:14and deepened map support in our region.
02:18Today, the PASAY Declaration will also be held.
02:22This is a collective effort by the countries
02:24to strengthen the implementation of women's rights,
02:28gender equality worldwide,
02:30and uniting women in the peacemaking process.
