00:10And Todd is really good about what it feels like to him.

00:18And our marriage feels really good to him.

00:20So I don't think Todd really cares what it looks like to anybody else.

00:23And that's a good reminder for me that I'm very happy with Todd.

00:29or wish they were me or not wish they were me.

00:33I'm in a great marriage.

00:34I love my relationship.

00:36And I'm really happy.

00:37Todd and I are very different people.

00:39And together, it's kind of a super team.

00:41We have different skill sets.

00:42We have different weaknesses.

00:43And they balance each other out.

00:45And it's a good partnership.

00:46As you see, a lot of people have a lot of opinions about your marriage.

01:25And I don't want to shade anyone else's marriage because I don't like them shading mine.

01:29But I am interested in Brittany, Heather, and Meredith, of all people,

01:34talking about someone else's marriage.

01:36We've got two who are not, have not been, have been divorced, have struggled,

01:40and one who has had some up and downs.

01:42So we should tend to our own grass before we worry about what Bronwen's grass looks like.

01:47I think you posted on Instagram, too, that it was unfortunate that during that anniversary trip

01:52you weren't shown the love that you and Todd have because there was so much drama going on.

01:56Yeah, there was a lot of other stuff going on.

01:59And Todd is just not somebody who's going to gravitate towards being on camera.

02:03And I have really learned a lot about myself.

02:06I have a lot of anxiety, and being on the show is really fixing some of that for me.

02:11You cannot be thin-skinned.

02:12You cannot be worried about what people think about you.

02:14But I do look back and I see a really fragile version of myself

02:20when I do this holding my chest or I'm wringing my hands.

02:23I do a lot of self-depreciating humor.

02:25And I'm realizing as I watch it back that I think that's this way of protecting something or deflecting

02:32or trying to make it easy for everyone.

02:34You see a lot of me being like, oh, it's not Lisa's fault and it's not so-and-so's fault.

02:37And I see in myself in that moment that I really needed to stand up for myself

02:41and just be like, I'm very confident in what I have.

02:45I'm learning that trying to change how people feel about me or my marriage

02:50just kind of makes what people feel about me and my marriage worse.

02:53And not even worse, but totally mischaracterized.

02:56I'm very happy.
