00:05This was filed by the Metro Manila Development Authority and mall operators

00:09to avoid severe traffic congestion this holiday season.

00:13Instead of opening at 10 p.m. in shopping malls and closing at 10 p.m.,

00:19MMDA has ordered mall operators to postpone it until Christmas.

00:25Deliveries from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. will also be canceled

00:33Meanwhile, MMDA is also prohibiting road construction
