00:19DSWD Secretary Rex Gatchalian personally visited Catanduanes to personally see and know the situation in the province after the impact of the Super Typhoon Pepito.
00:33According to Gatchalian, President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. ordered him to assure the people of Catanduanes that he will continue to provide food, cash assistance, and other assistance that the people of Catanduanes need.
