00:25The agency also instructed the local governments to place warehouses
00:29where relief items and family food packs will be placed to speed up the response.
00:34According to the agency, more than 2.7 million families have been affected by the typhoons,
00:40most of them from the middle and north of Luzon,
00:43while more than 700,000 families have been affected in the Bicol Region.
00:48The agency will continue to distribute cash assistance under the Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation, or AICS,
00:54and Emergency Cash Transfer Assistance for the construction of damaged houses.
