00:05On Sunday, the Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro led the closing ceremony for the National

00:10Congress of the Bolivarian Historical Bloc.

00:13Our special envoy in Caracas, Belén de los Santos, has the details.

00:17We're here in Caracas in the mountains barrack, a historical site of the Venezuelan capital.

00:24And this is truly a popular party around us, because this is the closure of the Grand Congress

00:30of the Historical Bolivarian Bloc, the Congress that has been underway in Caracas for the

00:36past three days.

00:37But it's the culmination of a process, a broader process, that involved 101,000 assemblies

00:44around the country, and the delegates came here to discuss their plan.

00:48And at this closure, this important event, President Nicolás Maduro has just addressed
