00:09the Department of Transportation of the American Digital Identity

00:17and Cyber Security Company has a Memorandum of Understanding.

00:21According to Transportation Secretary Jaime Bautista,

00:25pilot testing will be conducted at Iloilo International Airport

00:30for the biometrics technology brought by the Ultrapass Identity Corporation

00:36which is part of the current trade mission of the US Department of Commerce.

00:43Undersecretary of Commerce for International Trade Marisa Lago

00:48will also help strengthen the security protocols

00:54including the implementation of their national ID

01:00and integration into the E-Verify system of the DICT.

01:05We hope to see that it will really result to a better travel experience for the passengers.

01:19The objective is to speed up the processing of the papers

01:26and that's why we will use the information on the national ID

01:31and the information on the e-passports of our foreign visitors.
